We can recommend this hotel We were a bit unlucky with the room (604) first the air conditioning broke down then there was a short circuit in the electrical system, and then the air conditioning broke down again we had to change rooms three times but the staff were absolutely wonderful and friendly especially the hotel manager we were compensated with free lunch at the pool bar we will gladly return here Thanks from two Swedes

We've stayed at this hotel for 7 days now and the service just gets worse. From dirty beddings to money being stolen from the safe. The facility is ok, but not worth everything else it comes with, theres often no manager who can assist with these issues which I dont understand as there should be a replacement on the managers off days. Majority of the staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. Our safe pin had been changed twice and that's unexplainable. This morning I called the receptionist to have my safe unlocked. I was told that the manager isn't in and will only be in at 11 to assist, after me explaining that I needed to be out of the room by 8 to attend a cruise they said they would try getting the keys. 30 minutes later they knock on my neighbours door with the wrong keys.after me explaining again that i need to leave soon and i wouldn't be able to do so without my belongings in the safe. A Male and female staff member walked into my room and put in a code which unlocked my safe without any keys. That to me was very strange as that same code could be used when guests aren't in their rooms to access their safes. A large sum of cash had been taken. I honestly wouldn't recommend this place to anyone as the list goes on and on. However, anyone booking here. Please be careful with your belongings, be sure to take it with you when you're leaving the room and also be mindful of the quality of bedding they've supplied as they tend to supply dirty stained sheets and towels. and they would order you to pay a fee for it the following morning. (500baht for each item) just to add afew more issue experienced on check-in. 1) Shower wasn't working. 2) Basin tap wasn't working. 3) Yellow stains on bed sheets. 4) Room floor was dirty. 5) wifi

Great for Families or stay in the Adults only area with its own pool and optional ground level pool access rooms. The air conditioning was most effective and the fridge temperature guaranteed cold drinks. Our stay included breakfast and either lunch or dinner. The food selection was numerous, the quantity and quality was very good. The resort is a 2 minute walk to restaurants, massages and mini marts A one way shuttle is available to the beach, then a slow 15 minute walk back to the resort or use a Tut tut. All the staff were truly fantastic with professionalism and sincerity. Sorry I cannot remember more names. Special thanks to Ngek Chef, Gig waiter and Pia the smiley efficient egg station girl.

Stayed here for 3 nights last month. It’s located a 5-10 minute walk to kata beach and less than a 5 minute walk to bars and restaurants. We checked in and got upgraded which was really lovely. We had a pool access room which is always a nice touch. Rooms are a good size with a spacious bathroom. Showers warm and beds comfy. A downside is that the air con isn’t very cold. Nothing we could do about it. As we were only staying for 3 nights we put up with it. But even the lowest setting it wasn’t ‘cold’. There are also only 2 pillows in the room so have to ask reception if you need another pillow or 2. Pools are a really good size. The main pool with a bar was quiet with loads of sun loungers around it. Pool could do with a clean. There’s quite a lot of ‘bits’ in the water. The second bigger pool with the rooms accessing it is much cleaner. A downside of this hotel is that even if you ask for your room not to be cleaned they still clean it. Bottled Water is also supplied daily. I would also like to mention a phone ringing in the mornings. This woke me up every morning we stayed here and I still can’t work out where the phone was actually Located. It has a loud ring on it and it seemed to ring forever and never actually get answered. Just a small niggle There were also quite a few bugs in the room. I have no idea what they are. But they seem to be on the wood. I did complain to reception who arrived straight away to spray them which did get rid of them for a day but then they would appear somewhere else. Not sure if this is a Thailand thing or this particular hotel. Breakfast was okay. I’d recommend the banana cake! And the potato wedges. And the jam! Overall, I wouldn’t return as there were too many things on my ‘negative list’ but it is an okay hotel for a 3 night stay.
