Words can not describe how fantastic and amazing the villa is.I would recommend booking this villa to everyone.
The staff are amazing and so efficient and welcoming. The villa and views are breathtaking if you want to visit thailand then this is the place to stay. The beach is minutes away the shops and restaurants are walking distance and a great night out.
If you want luxury and relaxation this is the place to stay you won't want to leave. We had an amazing honeymoon the staff helped us to book it trips and cooked us the best food we ate in thailand.
Thankyou so much adele for letting us book this amazing villa and sharing paradise with us.

4 girlfriends stayed at Baan Saleah for a week Sept 2012 and we cannot begin to tell how awesome Baan Saleah is.
From the moment you walk in the door you are in heaven, from the four huge, private bedrooms with massive ensuites, magnificent media room (complete with DVD's) the fabulously stocked bar (mostly free) the best pool and pavillion ever to the best cooks in Thailand - Duane and Do, you are responsible for sending us home to our husbands fat and very, very happy.
Location is perfect, a short walk down the hill to Kata Beach, we also all felt Kata beach was the nicest beach in Phuket.
We will return, of that we have no doubt, it is just a matter of when not if.

From the moment we arrived at Baan Saleah we were excited. The villa is stunning with four fabulous bedrooms each with their own exquisite bathrooms (this was a highlight for me - amazing bath tubs, in door/out door shower) looking over the infinity pool and the vista to the sea. While the pics on the web are good, we personally didn't feel they did the villa justice. Believe me it is better in real life. In addition to the fab decor, the staff were faultless and the food was to die for. We got to pick the daily menu and sit back and salivate over every single dish. We have lived in Thailand but this was by far and away some of the best meals we have ever eaten. We loved it and would definitely go back ! Did I mention that the staff also cleaned the rooms, pool and house daily and we had masseuses come in on demand. Oh heaven!!!!!

We stayed at Baan Saleah for a few nites in Jan'12. What you see in the websites are exactly what you get in reality. Breakfast at the Villa was fantastic with great view of the sea and close to nature. We spent most of the time around the pool which was our favourite place, lounging and relaxing. Bedrooms are clean and huge with plenty of space everywhere. You can literally play hide and seek in the Villa. It is close to Kata Beach shops and massage so you dun have to go too far. I brought my 5 months old baby along and the staff always help take care of him. This was a great help. Definitely will consider this place again on next trip to Phuket.

Hello we stayed at Baan Saleah with family and friends during December and found it to be really great - it is much better than the pictures and we wanted to stay there because of them! The bedrooms are huge - the beds really comfortable and they have great staff who quietly seem to float around the villa making it all neat and tidy without us even knowing. The food is the best Thai I have ever eaten and it worked well as they shop and do everything and we just paid at the end of the stay (they gave us the original receipts) - so this villa should not be called a B and B because it is too up market for such a title - we are already planning our next visit there - loved it.

I found this villa on the website www.phuketluxuryresort.com and enjoyed visiting this villa as it was quiet, exclusive and the service was extraordinary. The huge villa catered for our group easily as there is was many different areas to be relaxing in like the infinity pool overlooking the ocean, the quiet cabana with a huge swinging chair, the upper terrace or inside on the comfortable couches. The location was perfect as it was close to the beach and to local shops and areas- not that we wanted to leave this perfect location! The choice in pillows on the beds was an extraordinary added extra as we all have different styles of pillows that we prefer! This choice on top of the amazingly comfortable beds made our stay almost more comfortable than home!

it is a great exclusive villa, with a magnificent view. Service is excellent and round the clock, you only need to bring yourself there and your friends off course. Great place, great location, and they have a butler service that can even cater a food next door (Mom's Tri kitchen, one of the best restaurant in Phuket). The huge bungalow villa is big enough to host events and you can throw big parties for your friends and family. A perfect choice........

Baan Saleah is an exquisite villa located between Kata beach and the quieter Kata Noi beach. The infinity pool overlooking the sea is perfect for a swim and all four rooms share wonderful views. The staff made us feel welcome and cooked lovely food. I'd definitely recommend this to friends and family.

My wife and I have now stayed at Baan Saleah on three separate occasions, visiting first as a couple on a romantic weekend getaway, next a year later with friends and most recently in November 2011 for our wedding and honeymoon. We wanted Baan Saleah to be a part of the most important day of our life for one simple reason...it is without question the most spectacular villa in Phuket. Perched high up between Kata and Kata Noi beaches with million dollar sunset views, a stunning infinity pool, four tastefully designed bedrooms, huge bathrooms, a wonderful living room space that opens up to a balcony with amazing sea views and a separate cinema room with a good library of DVDs and surround sound, this is truly a haven for those wishing to get away from it all.

Beyond just the hard features, what really sets Baan Saleah apart from all others is the wonderful hospitality you are guaranteed to receive right from the moment you land into Phuket. We were picked up by Khun Paul from the airport (at a highly reasonable rate) and whisked to our villa in about an hour where a team of three - Khun Da, Khun Duan and Khun Pet - awaited us with genuine, warm, heartfelt hospitality. From the simple to the exquisite, western to Thai, fried rice and pad thai to tiger prawns, curries, and salads the cooking at Baan Saleah is phenomenal. The staff have had professional kitchen experience in the past and you are assured of top restaurant quality food served right in your stunning home…what’s more is it is at a fraction of the cost of eating in a restaurant as you are only charged the cost of the food purchased from the market. The food is so good; you will not want to eat out in town! Next to the swimming pool there is a fully stocked up fridge with soft drinks and beers charged at cost and on a corner of the living room a complimentary bar fully stocked with whiskeys and spirits.

Having been to Phuket for both work and pleasure more times than I can count, I must say that Kata is my most favoured location – it is not as quiet and isolated as Surin and definitely not as loud as Patong…a nice balanced mix of both that works very well. With Baan Saleah being in between Kata and Kata Noi, you have the option of heading to quieter Kata Noi beach or livelier Kata in about five minutes each way. If for any reason you ever wanted to venture out to eat, two of Phuket’s most respected dining venues are right at your doorstep…Mom Tri’s Kitchen Royale is adjacent to Baan Saleah and The Boathouse is a couple of minutes’ walk down the hill towards Kata. In Kata itself there are plenty of shops, bars etc to keep amused for the duration of your holiday.

At each visit we have been exceptionally well taken care of by the Baan Saleah team and by Khun Noi who looks after the villa and handles any requests you may have with ease and a big smile. Baan Saleah and the staff there have become an extended family to us and we are definitely going to be returning again, and again and again. For anyone considering options for that perfect holiday spot in Phuket, look no further…this is IT!
