Perfect place to relax , just a little outside the crowded Kata but still close to shops and restaurants. Immerse in a tropical and luxurious garden, Deluxe rooms are really modern & spacious. Staff very polite We really enjoyed our time at Andaman Cannacia that we stayed twice in the same vacation and we will definitely be back !

The hotel and grounds were better than expected. Couple of issues the room was not cleaned until after 5 some night's towels bit changed regular. Only two sachets if coffee which wasn't enough. The menu was the same for lunch and dinner and no change to it over the 14 days we were there. The staff were brilliant especially JoJo in the restaurant and bar Would definitely go back

Beds and rooms are extremely comfortable and most of the staff and hotel itself is ok. Unfortunately everything that the TUI & hotel websites promise are not there. On the day of our arrival we were dropped off at the incorrect hotel, down the hill from where we were supposed to be. On informing the Andaman they requested that we walk up the hill with our suitcases, we obviously declined and told them to come and get us. Once we finally arrived there (9.30am) and after nearly 20 hours of travel we just wanted to freshen up. However, we were told we would have to wait until 2pm for our room with no hospitality room available to use. There were no buffet lunch or dinner facilities, no swim pool bar (on website these were supposed to be there). An empty box in the room where the coffee/tea is supposed to be, no storage & only 4 coat hangers for clothes. Shuttle bus from the hotel stops at 5pm which is not good when you are located at the top of a very steep hill, this means that for dinner you either have to pay for a tuk tuk or eat very very early! It is now 2pm on our 3rd day here and we are still waiting for our room to have it's daily clean! This was supposed to be the holiday of a lifetime for us. It did not live up to promised expectations.…

We came here for my birthday, the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly, upon arriving we had our baggage carried to the room, open arriving in the room I was met with joy as the facilities and room itself were top tier, would recommend to anyone planning to stay in kata area.

Spacious rooms, balcony, top view on the bay. Really good breakfast with good choices. Professional, attentionated staff. WE loved our stay here ! Do not hesitate to stay here, we wish WE could have stay longer.

Lovely place to stay for 2 weeks. You are close by the beach but still a peaceful place to be in the night. So no noise from cars or party’s. If you want to go to put it only 5 min away by the hotel free bus. And it’s easy to grab a taxi or tukuk 😊

I really lika this hotel. The room is clean, free water every day. Very nice poolarea. The staff is really nice and helpful. The view from the pool area over the see is beatiful. The breakfast is very nice.

Good stay so far! Arrived late in the evening, everything with the room and keys were already prepared. Friendly staff, good breakfast and calm and relaxing pool area! Very nice to come back from the beach with clean towels and the bed made.
