The Chanalai Garden Resort welcomed us very warmly and the service as well as room service continued to be excellent throughout the whole stay! The pool area is perfect to relax or swim or have a cocktail;)) on top of that the breakfast and the restaurant options were very good but there are many restaurants and cafes nearby (especially on the beach) we would recommend as well.

Hotel's Favourite
Staff were excellent and really went out of their way to help and resolve any issues immediately. All of the hotel personnel were extremely friendly and welcoming and made the extra effort during the Songkran holiday, including but not limited to Khun Bumbin, Khun Day, and Khun Dan. I will be returning to Phuket in a few weeks for the Marathon and will certainly look to add a few more days to my trip and stay again at Chanalai Garden Hotel. The location of the property was excellent too, both for the beach, shops, restaurants and massage places nearby.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. My room is very comfortable. This place has 3 happy hours in the pool. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious. The tour desk booked us tours with pick up from the front of the hotel so everything was smooth, easy, and relaxing.
