Cute little hotel in a perfect location for beach, restaurants, shopping and neighbouring beach areas. Hotel has 2 main pools, with one that is in the style of a 'lazy river'. Really great. Pool bars: one hardly ever has a staff member on it. The other has approx 3 but will take 20 mins to get served, even though they know you are waiting. Will leave dirty glasses and empty tins on bar for hours before cleaning away. Staff very slow at keeping food, plates, cups etc. topped up at breakfast. Keeping running out of things and having to ask. Lovely hotel but spoilt by service unfortunately.

Really great hotel with 3 different pool areas. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very nice. Lots of different restaurants in the area and not far from a lovely beach. Only positive things to say about this hotel.

This hotel was a great find, perfectly located walking distance from kata beach, the check in process was rather strange, got sat down with a nice drink and a hot flannel however were sat around and not told why or what was happening. Turns out our room wasn't ready. Other then this I can't complain food was great, room and pools were clean. Staff friendly and helpful.

Well located, central to bars/shops/restaurants. Just a short walk to the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful and cleanliness was perfectly adequate. Pool was lovely and mostly there were always sun beds available, after all who goes to Thailand to spend the entire time by a pool! I have to agree with other reviews about breakfast. It was limited and only one person cooking single omelettes at a time. Tea and coffee was pretty bad but being a typical Brit I had taken my own. If there is an option to opt out of B and B then I would recommend it and just grab something outside the hotel. I would stay here again due to its location and friendliness of the staff. It would be great if the hotel would open one of the bars later into the evening too

I've been here a few days, and there are a number of negative views to dispell. The staff are nothing other than polite and willing to help. If someone did receive poor service, I can only assume it's a one-off as the checking in, cleaning, breakfast, and bar staff are nothing other than user polite. The water in the pool is fine. The colour of the tiles does suggest it's not clean, but it is. Flora and fauna is in the water however all is fine. There are trees and plants around the pool, so it's obvious stuff will drop into the eater however most swimmers throw them to the side and the cleaners go around daily mopping up what is in the water. The pool area is fine. The pool isn't dirty. Room (pool access) is excellent. Very spacious, and beds are lovely and comfy (though I concede beds will always draw feedback based on personal requirements) I also concede that the breakfast is limited, however its not the end of the world, and market food is that cheap. It hardly eats into even the most limited of budgets. Overall, so far, there isn't anything concerning I've seen that warrants some of the comments about the place on here, though I will post further towards the end of my visit. More to follow

This resort disappointed us very much: with the exception of the beautiful pool surrounded by a lush garden, everything else was awful: the level of cleaniness very low, the towels in the room not perfectly ironed and left unchanged for more days, very noisy air conditioning compressors near the rooms, the breakfast of medium-low level. In particular, at the reception there are two mature ladies quite rude, slow and poorly speaking English: sometimes you have to wait even for a simple and quick issue. One day we had an early-morning excursion and we asked for a breakfast box (ordered the day before as explicitily requested): in it we could find only two juices, one boiled egg and some hardened bread with a butter box. Last but not least: at the check-out, we wasted a lot of time just for checking that we have taken something at the minibar, not trusting our words. Crazy and unforgettable experience! Summarizing, this an outdated structure, that would need a deep refurbishment and a change of the managing staff before can be proposed as high-standard hotel, as it was sold us. There are many other better resorts and hotels in Kata!

We had originally booked a different hotel on Kata Beach, which was so disappointing we felt we had to move. Pauline on the front desk was wonderfully helpful, she showed us different rooms available and suggested we try a room in their “modern block” that was built in 2019/2020. The room was modern, clean and well decorated and we were very happy with it, would recommmend asking for a room in the modern block. The pool is really cool, big tropical plants everywhere and it goes on forever. Great location in Kata. Friendly staff. Breakfast was ok, a little basic but ok. All in all would recommend.

Watch out. Reception demand £40 deposit at check in, then try claim everything they can for damage and losses. Make sure you photograph your room condition upon arrival and send them an email. Woe betide your pool towel isn’t back in place at the prescribed time. We insisted on Visa, not cash, and wouldn’t back down. Please be warned.
