Nice quiet hotel with good service and friendly staff. Beautiful garden. Spacious beautiful villa, with a big pool. Some mosquitoes can be annoying, but its taken care of, with sprays and coils. Every morning on our way to breakfast, we were greeted by the friendliest gardener working to keep the area tidy and beautiful.

Malisa has three big things going for it. Firstly, the small resort is flat, with no hills to climb and minimal steps. Secondly, it is well positioned on Kata Road, close to a range of shops and restaurants and within easy walking distance to Kata Beach. Thirdly, the staff are polite, friendly and on the ball, always ready to help. A big thank you to Daniel, Mike and Sandy. Another thing in its favour is the bed, which is probably the biggest and best bed we have ever slept on. The private pool is a luxurious bonus. With excellent service provided by Kartoon, the a la carte breakfast is worth waking up to. We were a little puzzled by the lack of black tea bags in the room and a curious policy with regard to recycling the glass water bottles.

We have stayed at this incredible place from 22.12.24 up to 05.01.25. It was lucky for us to catch both 2 big holidays - Christmas and New Year celebrations. Location - perfect, very near to all top restaurants, markets, beach, main road. At the same time it is very quiet and excellent place to stay with kids or beloved ones, because no pedestrians traffic near, no road noise’s, no loud musics and fireworks mess during holidays. Personal/ Staff - this is most important part. From first minute you are feeling as you come to home and family destination. The main reason of that is the excellent staff, personal big thanks for Mr. Daniel, Mr. Bon, and Mrs. Manguo. These persons created very warm atmosphere every day, from small details like gifts preparing and congratulations to fast rapid reactions to any request in one minute! Housekeeping is nice, clean every day, restaurants staff hospital (hello to Mrs. Vam) and serve very well, gardeners (hello Mr. Un) are hard workers, Mr. Suo is very friend man with multiple tasking approach (driver, guide etc), thanks for him for organised excursion to Vat Chalong Temple. Accommodation is unbelievable. The Premier Villa which we were happy to obtain is a big area incidentally personal not small pool with crystal clear and cooling water, big kitchen area with all dishes and needed equipment and stuff. Big table, sofa and chaise lounges provided the atmosphere of privacy and tranquility. Big bedroom with all needed furniture and equipment, only AC system quite old, but acceptable. The bathroom also is not small, even has a big separate bath sink, 2 showers - outdoor and indoor. Small minuses - breakfasts after one week became monotonous and do not arouse desires to order food as at first days. Also mosquitoes availability but there is no minuses related to hotel side, nature issue. Hotel is providing a lot of anti-mosquitoes weapons, so after some time we were used to survive. In general my score 5/5, because i really want to return again to this hotel, and this wish is very rare come to me as per my rich hotels experience. Thank a lot for Malisa Management and Personal who is providing this high level of service and hospitality!

Our suite was lovely and the bed super comfortable. The staff were great - top notch!! We also enjoyed our meals at the restaurant, breakfast each morning and dinner in our room one evening. Every room is very private - we never heard anyone else, only saw them at breakfast.

I booked a 7 night stay and 2 bed Malisa villa, only 5 mins from the beach.
The resort was amazing, a peaceful, deluxe sanctuary tucked away from the bustle of phuket streets. The resort is beautifully maintained, & we enjoyed a wonderful private outdoor kitchenette with pool.
The restaurant was the best, elegant and personal. The staff accommodated plenty of halal options, with a very good selection of home baked breakfasts and plenty of French toast and pancakes which satisfied the kids!
Malisa villas is very welcoming, the manager Anny & her team are delightful, so if you are looking for a luxury stay with great food and hospitality in Phuket, this is the place to be!

This hotel is only some 400 metres from Kata beach but you would not know. When you enter the grounds the noise of the strip disappears. Our villa with it's own pool is great, well appointed and laid out. Although a bit more dedicated storage would not go a miss. We have never spent so much time in a hotel room ever. But with the temperature in phuket being so high our own pool is such a god send . The breakfast in the restaurant is great quality and very tasty even if the cooking of the eggs is a bit hit and miss for my taste. Such a shame it's not used a lot apart from breakfast. The staff are very happy and quite attentive but not as much as we are used to in other hotels.( this is the only one I have had to ask for more tea and coffee at breakfast. Bon,Daniel ,Soe, and all the other front of house staff who man reception can not do enough for you. They are so friendly and greet you when you walk past either leaving the hotel or coming back into the grounds. The grounds are kept to a very high standard by the hard working gardeners with trees and shrubs every where also lots of pools about the property . The only drawback with all this greenery is mosquito's but the hotel supply spray for the room and yourself. I also believe that on turndown the room is sprayed aswell . The house keeping staff keep the rooms and pools looking great. They with all the other staff are a credit to the hotel. All in all a great place to stay.

I have travelled extensively internationally for business and pleasure. This hotel and more so the staff made this such a relaxing break. Privacy with the personal pool was exceptional. Location was perfect, quiet down a side road, but with a short walk, less than 10 minutes there were shops and the beach. Flat walk. Easy to do tours. Christmas Day staff put on fun games, well done Bon such great fun. Yep mozzies but that’s dealt with very well with spray and in room equipment. Keep the doors closed and all Ok. Spa was professional and really relaxing. Inexpensive room service was tasty and helped the relaxed atmosphere.

The hotel really liked it! The service is super, absolutely all polite and precautionary, just ask - immediately will be fulfilled. Even though we were housed in an unrenovated villa, the holidays didn't ruin it. Having your own swimming pool is a huge plus, sunbathe even naked, no one will judge))) The beach is five minutes away, there are many restaurants and snack bars around. Breakfast on the menu is not a stretch, as the menu is extensive. It's been exactly one year, I'm going back there! That says a lot!

First of all. they are not my villas. we stayed there for a week only. if I remember it right it was about a 15 mins taxi ride from the property to Patong. by the way. Have you heard of Google map?!?! if not. try it. it can estimate your journey for you wherever you wish to go
