We have just returned from a 3-4 day break in Cornwall. We chose Boslinney Barn due to the proximity of the Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan, and also the very high recommendations on Trip Advisor, which were absolutely true. The barn, converted by Ginny and her husband, is amazing. In a beautiful setting and the décor is stunning....

We have just returned from our 4th visit to Boslinney Barn. We stayed for 3 nights and it all went too quickly. I was welcomed at the gate with Ginny singing Happy Birthday to me, she really is a gem. Cream tea on arrival is lovely. This barn conversion is beautiful, homely and quirky. You just have to look at...

We returned from a 3 day visit to Cornwall for a relax and a little sight-seeing. Boslinney Barn is a converted barn and the setting is just stunning. We wanted to be close enough to Mevagissey and yet wanted the tranquility of the countryside and this was perfect for us. One evening, we walked from B&B into Mevagissey (warning: steep...

Having just returned from our second stay at Boslinney we are already thinking about the next... Ginny is a marvellous host and her family are lovely too! Upon arrival you are treated to a gorgeous cream tea with views to die for over the back of the barn. Breakfast is an equally tasty occasion although be prepared not to need...

The first thing that attracted me was the location. Boslinney barn is completely tranquil, at the end of a long track and overlooking a wooded valley. We came for Heligan, and this is a perfect place to stay. Ginny has done a fantastic job with her husband of making quirky beautiful rooms. The welcome cream tea was great, and breakfasts...

From the moment we arrived everything just felt 'right'. Ginny made us feel very welcome and we were offered a sumptuous cream tea. The Boslinney Barn is a testament to David's skill as a builder and the interiors highlight Ginny's marvellous use of colour and ability to accessorise furnishings so well. Our red room was splendid, the bed just so...

We were welcomed with tea in the garden on the first of our two night stay and Ginny proved to be a great host with excellent advice about the best places to eat. The breakfasts are superb and served at a table shared with other guests which makes for an entertaining start to the day. Its location ensures peace and...

We stayed at Boslinney Barn for a week at the beginning of September - and what a wonderful week we had. This is exactly as a Bed and Breakfast should be! Ginny loves sharing her beautiful home - she is a naturally hospitable person - and made us all very welcome. We especially appreciated my parents being able to spend...

Our second visit in less than a year, so good to go back and not be disappointed. Its superb, can't fault it. The location is ideal for the area. Ginny, the hostess is wonderful, couldn't be more helpful and welcoming and has great local knowledge as she was born in the area and makes a point of helping you to...

Ginny, the hostess, was born and has lived in the area all her life. Her knowledge of Cornwall and surrounding areas is outstanding and she gave us much valuable information on where to go and importantly where not to go. We were able to maximise our visits in the 4 days of our stay. We really enjoyed her breakfasts and...

“- 2 of the 3 rooms have their own entrance - To find Boslinney Barn - make a note of directions on Boslinney website as Satnav and map is not reliable enough.”
