Stayed after a party at the hotel. Room was spotless and warm, on a cold night, staff were friendly and helpful. Good breakfast and all in all a good stay. Would recommend it for its quiet location, proximity to Norwich and it's refreshing difference to the chain hotels.

We stayed at the Sherbourne House over the period between Christmas and the New Year as there was not enough accommodation with family. We found the room to be very clean smart and well provided with drinks nibbles etc. Bathroom fab bed very comfortable. Didn't partake of breakfast as had this with family but it did look lovely and the...

Pluses, were that the place was spotlessly clean, and the staff were more than helpful, kind and polite. No complaints there at all. The room we had was spacious although one side of the bed was almost in the cupboard and fireplace. But the decor was dingy and beige and very tired. The pillows were terrible - somewhere between a...

This hotel was booked for me, and I am so glad it was! The welcome after 4.5 hours in the car was very friendly and the room was of very high quality. The bed was very comfy and the room was very spacious. What most impressed me was the breakfast - I was not surprising the quality of the breakfast,...

We stayed here for only one night as we were visiting family but I truly could have happily spent a week at this hotel. It has a lovely atmosphere with a good balance of modern and traditional as the house actually dates from the 18th century but has been discretely modernised over the years. The bedrooms are spacious, clean and...

A quality hotel with large and very comfortable rooms. Large comfy beds with quality linen and plenty of pillows. Usual tea/coffee but with added extras such as bottled water, biscuits and ground coffee. Breakfast was again superb with quality juices, fresh fruits and cereals followed by a choice of items on a cooked breakfast. Its been quite a while since...

The rooms are clean and efficient. The staff is friendly and helpful. Only had breakfast but it was good. Wifi was weak in our room. Parking is a bit tight but normal for England. Nice building. Sun room is lovely.

This hotel is fabulous. The room and bathroom were superbly done with a few nice little extra touches. Wi-Fi was available and the room had a spacious desk for anyone needing to work in the evening. I didn't eat in the hotel as I was the only guest that evening and I think I probably missed out. Breakfast the next...

My parents and I stayed here for 3 nights for my dads 50th birthday and it was perfect. The rooms were well equipped and comfortable. The food was absolutely amazing! And it was such a nice touch that the chef came out to have a chat and to check if everything was okay with the food, which it always was....
