Agreed with KJLKL "Below Average" review on 24 April 2016 as I personally stayed there recently after missing the boat twice due to fully booked (2014) and renovation (2015). The room quite gloomy and old plus there is a toilet smell outside the room. The buffet breakfast is quite simple when comparing to another new hotel having the same price....

I've stayed in this hotel for more than 2 times and was satisfied with the basic amenities. The hotel has just been renovated with modern finishing. The room is provided with refrigerator, complimentary bottled water, coffee and tea, CRT television with remote control. The room space can fits about 4 adults. The air conditioner is working but not cold enough...

We stayed there 1N before heading to Danum Valley. To be honest we were expecting a very mid range hotel and were quite surprised. Good beds, pretty quiet, clean, close to restaurants. The breakfast is pretty simple but overall I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is just about to halt for a night. The rooms are extremely warm and the hotel is under a upgrade so guess for travellers who come after a little while they might find the experience better. Overall it's just a ok property.. Nothing fancy but doable

I've stayed at this a hotel couple of time few years ago. Staying here after 2 years absence and am disappointed. The room and bathroom are old and in need of refurbishment. No improvement since the last time I stayed here around 2 1/2 years ago. Tv is still the old CRT TV. For a hotel of this standard it...

A simple, cosy & clean hotel that deserves the 3 star rating. A class of its own. The bathroom was clean & nice. The single bed was also comfortable. Strategic location within walking distance to the down town of Lahad Datu & a stone throw away from the local seafood restaurant makes it a superb stop for a nite. I...

I went there for business visits on. 14 March 2016. Stayed there until 16 March 2016. You can still find ancient relic at this hotel. A big bulky colour tv that is. No LED tv which is quite a standard at other hotels nowadays. The breakfast is quite lousy. A fried rice, boiled eggs and baked beans and nuggets. Bread...

I stayed here for two nights on business. I was booked by my company into a ‘Deluxe room’ but at 150 RM (£22) this was far from deluxe. I looked at the room when I arrived but it was poky and grim. I asked to see a better and bigger room and was shown an ‘Junior Suite’ at 218 RM...
