I was booked in here for one night as I was working nearby the next day. I arrived quite late, but dinner was still being served. However I just wanted a sandwich - my only complaint about the hotel was that the sandwiches in the bar cost £7.50 - it said brie and grape but was actually brie and chutney. And while it was quite nice, adding a few bits of rocket with balsamic and pesto still doesn't make it worth £7.50!!

The room I was shown to however was very good - there was a separate seating area with a sofa, desk and TV. There was another larger TV in the bed area, with another small desk, and then there was another small dressing room with a third desk!! There was also a kettle and small fridge, and ironing board but no iron here. They also provided a hair dryer. The room was very warm thankfully as there were two additional plug in oil radiators in the room which had been left on, and underfloor heating in the bathroom as well as fixed radiators.
The bed was very comfortable, as were the pillows, and the shower room appeared to have been upgraded very recently. The shower was hot and strong with nice toiletries left for me.
What was not apparent from the booking is that all the rooms are set round an open courtyard behind the reception building. The car park is at the front of the reception building and I got drenched walking to my room and then between my room and the main restaurant and bar area. Breakfast was included in my booking and was the usual buffet breakfast with plenty of choice and well cooked.

My husband and I stayed for two nights at Tracy Park. The hotel website looked really good, but unfortunately the hotel didn't quite live up to expectations. We had booked a superior room, which was small, dark and disappointing. Staff were very kind and upgraded us to a deluxe room, which was very nice.

We had dinner in the manor house restaurant the first evening. Waiting staff were inexperienced and menu far from lived up to sample menu on hotel website. It was more like a pub menu, than a manor house 4 star restaurant. Food was very average and far from worth the price tag. Restaurant itself did not look as charming as the website either. After the dinner, we discovered a much nicer room, which was used for website photos but strangely not for guests. Photos of food on hotel website was not at all, what was served either. We did not return for dinner there.

Breakfast was ok, but could have been so much better with more choices and better presentation of food. Again did not live up to expectations.

Overall not at all, what we had expected. Hotel has so much potential, but it's not a four star hotel and very misleading from their website. Shame.

Tracy park was recommended to us and it didn’t fail, the staff are excellent as is the quality of food and rooms. We stayed in the Carriages block which is tastefully decorated, the room had an enormous bed, tv and wet room.
Dinner and breakfast is of a high standard set in beautiful surroundings.
This hotel is very well kept with no expense spared to make your stay as comfortable as it can.
The location is set amongst stunning rolling scenery and just a short 12 minute drive to Bath City Centre.
Highly recommend Tracy Park

We came here for a girls weekend break. What a wonderful venue. Ideally situated only 5 minutes from the Bath Park and Ride, so a shopping trip and visit to the Baths was really easy. The room we stayed in was spacious and modern and the bathroom was fabulous. The character of the place has been maintained whilst making this a comfortable and tranquil venue with everything you could need.
The staff were incredibly friendly and always on hand to help you.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody who wants to experience the city centre and then retreat to stunning countryside. What a perfect venue it would be for a wedding. We will definitely be back.

I have just checked out of of our hotel room ( room number 41) and was not impressed with my stay.
We had a mattress which was stained all over, the room was sweltering hot all night, the breakfast is appalling ( tin foil wrapped roll) and the sheets had red stains on. For a room which is marketed to be first class did not live up to the standards what so ever.
Nice location
Nice setting

Should be £80 at best not £150

Very poor quality room. No heating in bathroom. Luke warm shower. Beds VERY uncomfortable. Very noisy room above due to many creaking floorboards. Poor service from almost every member of staff. Breakfast was dried up under heat lamps. Evening dinner service was a joke. I would think twice about giving them 2 stars.

Stayed a couple of nights as a base for exploring the local area. Well converted barns/stables to a very high standard of accommodation.
Our room was comfortable with a generous bathroom.
For me the room was too warm, I like a cool room at night to sleep, and the emergency green exit sign over the door was intrusively bright once the lights were out - definitely recommend eye shades to sleep in if light bothers you. In fact I would question the need for such a large commercial indicator of the exit in a room with one door 🤔, never had such a thing in a hotel room before.
The staff were welcoming and efficient.
We did not eat on site.

After having recently purchased a small flat in Bath, I began exploring the local courses. At the recommendation of a low handicap friend I took a taxi to Tracy Park to play the Cromwell course. Since I had been struggling with my game of late, I also booked a short lesson prior to tee off.

The young pro, Max, is a genius. Within 30 minutes he had spotted and, using very simple teaching methods, fixed my game. So much so that I shot a 38 on the second nine, a personal best.

The Cromwell course is fun, challenging, and with lots of interesting features and beautiful scenery. And I understand the Crown course is even more challenging.

I would add that, with the threat of rain imminent as i was about midway through my round, Max showed up in a buggy and lent me an umbrella, which I soon put to good use.

Then, finally, after the round when, due to the rain we couldn't get a return taxi, Max drove me back into town.

This level of service and attention is rare these days, and I couldn't be more impressed with the whole experience. So much so, that I will join the club as a member.

As for the facilities, I have not stayed there, but am intrigued as the manor house and rooms seem very accomodating and the sort of place I would love to book for a golf outing with friends.

Well done, all the way around, with special kudos to Max and the golf facilities.

We cannot recommend Tracy Park enough if you are planning a wedding or special occasion. All of the staff are so attentive and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. They are well organised and co-ordination on the day was perfect.
The food was outstanding and the hotel beautiful as well as being spotlessly clean. Manager Greg and wedding coordinator Michaela offered us the flexibility that we needed on the run up to our big day due to the developing situation with Covid 19. We were lucky to have squeezed in our wedding just in time. Thank you to all at Tracy Park!

We went to a wedding here, can't criticise the way the wedding was run, however the accommodation in the stables block needs sorting. No heating, small electric heater provided. Towel heater electric side didn't work, lights crooked and needed new bulbs. In fairness beds were comfortable however bit mean in teas and coffees for a weekend. Did complain about room, but looking at others, it looks like the stable block needs to be brought up to standard and looked after better. You have good staff but you need to spend a little time ensuring lights work etc. The place had lovely grounds which were great for a walk.
This place could be awesome, with a little bit of maintenance

There are no spa facilities as this is a posh country hotel with a golf course. They assume you will be golfing or sightseeing...
