This one is a tricky one to review. It has good and bad points! The staff in general quite moody and not very helpful. The beach towel saga every morning could be tiresome. Basically we had to chase someone to get them changed before going to the beach. The bed had a very loud noise, whenever I turned in the... More

Rude and inappropriate Staff, Filthy rooms (SEE PHOTOS), Extemely hard Matress, Dirty Air conditioning (SEE PHOTOS), Mosquitoes everywhere, Terrible and Loud Music until all hours! NOT what we wanted for our last night in Thailand.... A real letdown! DO NOT STAY HERE!! We had staff members URINATE in front of us and when we tried to get a refund and... More

We stayed at Nai Yang Beach Resort for one night waiting to meet someone at the airport the next day. It serves our purpose well as the hotel is near the airport. It is also very close to the beach (not “on” the beach though). It’s just off a busy road with all the shops, restaurants, and bars but you... More

Stayed there for one night on our way to KohPhi Phi, the booking was done last minute. Every other hotel was busy. To be honest, we dreaded the reviews. To our surprise, the hotel room at the Oriental Wing was great! Very spacious room directly facing the garden and the pool, design furniture, artwork on the wall, nicely tiled and... More

When we first arrived we were looked after straight away and taken to our room which we were not happy with as was right next to a pool having maintenace. So with a little bit of bargaining we got moved to a better room near the turtle pool which was great at no extra charge as it was not my... More

We just checked in to a room with mold all over the bathroom. The shower curtain is black in the lower 20%. The rooms are minimalist in a bad way. For the money we have found a much better value in our other 15 hotel nights in Phuket. The bed is basically a box spring and not a mattress. Staff... More

We booked two days on the tail end of our journey at Nai Yang resort, as it was near the Phuket airport. The rate was double what we were paying elsewhere, I thought I would splurge on our last 2 days. I was so disappointed. Positives: - Friendly reception staff - 10 minutes to airport Negatives: - Not on the... More

Decent hotel right in the middle of the resort so good walking distance to the bars/restaurents etc. Nice clean rooms, good bathroom, also they provide beach towels on top of shower towels which i thought was a nice tough. It's near the airport, only about 10 mins so really easy journey but the planes don't interfere with the beach or noise.... More

We found this through a list here on trip advisor. What an awesome place to stay, I only wish we could have stayed longer! Close to the airport, across from the beach, and a wonderful staff. Our room was clean and comfortable, and right next to a pool. A great place to spend time and hidden back far enough from... More
