Detailed Reviews
We stayed here for 2 nights in December and it is such a lovely hotel with really pleasant staff. The room was really a good size and very clean with a view of the pool, it had all the ameneties you will need for your stay. The pool area is lovely and there are chairs to sit and enjoy the sun on! The location of this hotel is very central next to all the main sites in Phuket town, just around the back is old town where you will find lots of cute little bars and restaurants. Across the road there is a bar which plays music till late but we didnt hear this that much if you are a light sleeper just take some ear plugs. We also recommend Kims Massage which is a few mins walk and staff recommended this place to us. Its amazing really good massages for little price.
Lovely place - thank you!

The moment I arrived as a walk-in booking this hotel was friendly, welcoming and fabulous. Perfect for the solo female traveller, it's a lovely hotel, safe with a fun vibe.
The rooms, the staff and customer service were exceptional. I loved the location you can walk out to everything that is great about Phuket.
The hotel was very clean, fresh and with a well cared for, new feeling.
There was a small swimming pool and a cafe on site.
My room did not include breakfast but that's not a problem. I was given a map with great places to eat for dinner and where to find the Indy night market etc
The room price included a free upgrade to a balcony room at the front of the hotel - no problem with road noise at this time, although could hear some noise from next door guests initially.
Thank you for a fabulous stay I will be back!

The room was nicely decorated with a balcony overlooking the street. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The welcome drink was served in your room, which was a nice change and avoids that awkward must drink this now moment in reception! The location is great. We only stayed one night in the Casa Blanca but we really enjoyed it and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it if you're in Phuket Town.

This hotel is in a beautiful building, located on the outskirts of the old town. The beds are comfortable and the staff on the whole are very helpful and friendly - especially Johanna and Alvin.
Unfortunately it has so many negatives, which take away from the positives. We booked a deluxe room with balcony, which is described as roadside. Unfortunately what they don’t tell you is that on the opposite side of the road is a Rasta bar with live music until 1am every day! Our first clue was the sign in the room which said earplugs are available from reception....! As we were travelling with our 10 month old daughter we enquired how noisy the bar was and the response was that we could move rooms (so fairly loud). We had specifically looked for hotels with balconies so we could sit outside once our baby had gone to sleep. We heard a few other guests complaining about the noise in the mornings.
We were offered a superior room, so a downgrade, with no balcony as all balcony rooms face onto the road and bar. They weren’t planning on reducing the price they charged us until we asked. Then a discount was applied.
Unfortunately there was a bright light directly outside this room with no accessible switch (the day staff didn’t even know where it was!) and badly fitting blinds. Additionally the main ceiling light cannot be turned off fully, so shines down on the bed. The overall result - a room so light you could read a book in it with all lights “off”. A helpful member of staff came and packed toilet paper in and around it at 4am when the baby couldn’t sleep because the room was so light (I got the feeling it wasn’t the first time he’d done this as he knew exactly how to make the room dark!)
The hotel kindly booked us a ferry from Phuket to Koh Lanta. I had asked by email and again on arrival at the reception whether we would need to change boats on route or not. Both times I was assured that the ferry would go all the way with one stop to take on additional passengers. What actually happened is that we were were transferred from one boat to another whilst at sea.
Finally, the attitude of the management seems to be to get as much money as possible. They overcharged our credit card by 1000 baht for the deposit and argued they hadn’t until we produced the receipt they gave us on check in! We were also asked to pay for a breakfast we had already paid for. We witnessed another guest being told they hadn’t paid a coffee from the cafe which they had and had receipts for.
Overall I wouldn’t recommend staying here, especially not with a baby or child or if you are a light sleeper. This is a shame as the staff are lovely and it has huge potential.

We stayed in Phuket Town in January for four nights before heading to Kata Beach for the last few nights of our trip. We planned a couple excursions and really enjoyed being so close to the Sunday walking street market. We were greeted every day and evening with a friendly smile. Thank you Renz, Keith, Katie. One morning we were craving noodles for breakfast and the shuttle driver Mr Chanpat (Peter) took us to a local breakfast joint (Dibuk). He joined us for breakfast and it was one of the best meals we had our entire trip. Can’t beat the location and service.

Stayed here with my wife for four nights. From check in to check out, all went smoothly without any hassle. Staffs are very friendly and always have a smile, front office lady Sara was helpful and she suggested a pancake shop, which was very good. Rooms are clean and tidy with towels and toiletries. Location is perfect for to visit nearby cafes and restaurants. Also Sunday night Street market is right on the corner. Breakfast served is bread and eggs, which may felt basic. But for the price paid its worth

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel it’s very historic and takes you back in time!
The rooms are spacious we opted for a front room and these come with double glazing to block out some of the street noise from the opposite bar that have daily live entertainment.
The room works it’s a good size and we had no complaints other than no plug sockets at the side of the bed which is bizarre on this day and age!
Lifts! There is a lift but unfortunately it’s only for baggage so if you have any disabilities like myself you have to hike up the stairs and we was in the 3rd floor so you need to request prior to a lower floor!
You get a good breakfast but don’t really cater for individualism, we liked Tea and was automatically given Coffee also strange as it seems you have to select an egg menu for breakfast I’m guessing from the Microwave Ping these are made in advance and warmed up which is a shame because eggs are the easiest things to make Fresh! Fresh fruit toast is great but no yogurts.
The staff are also amazing and polite always smiling and helping when needed the are a great team and asset to this hotel.
Although some minor faults and this was our second stay in this hotel I would still recommend and we would stay again!

As other reviews say, there is a bit of noise from bar across the road, BUT, it is in a city and expected. It did not bother us at all ( this coming from someone that is used to no noise on my farm whilst sleeping). The hotel itself is BEAUTIFUL! Decor, plants, and amazing staff! They go above and beyond to help and try and fix whatever is troubling you. The staff is eager to help with calling taxis and making arrangements if you need it. They even arranged for a lost tablet to be delivered to us from the airport. The staff is by far the best feature of this hotel. But here is my problem, breakfast was included in my price, thought it would be best to feed my two small boys before exploring during the day (yes my husband and I prefer to sit at local cafes and eat local breakfasts but with children it is different). But it was truly not nice, toast with no butter or jam offered, ordered coffee and they bring warm water, pour it in your mug and then you have to make the coffee yourself. Salt and pepper does not work etc etc etc. We only ate breakfast one time and opted to not go back the other mornings we stayed there. The rooms are okay, nothing I can put my finger on, but it just is not as nice as you expect if you look at the rest of the hotel. Will I stay here again? No, unfortunately not.

Arrived to a warm welcome after a long journey we were looking forward to experiencing Thai food after one too many aeroplane meals. We were recommended an excellent local restaurant that was also on my list. A great start to the holiday.
The hotel is in a great location, but there is a bar opposite that has live music and yes it can be heard in the room even with double glazing, but did we find it intrusive….. no. We enjoyed a late night drink on the balcony listening to the music and watching the night life of Phuket.
The staff were amazing on our last day our transfer for our onward trip to Koh Lanta was running slightly late. Without prompting the receptionist checked with the transfer for an update and also advised the speedboat company that we were cutting the timings tight. She then reassured us and provided an update.
If I’m ever lucky enough to spend more time on Phuket Old Town, I’d book Casa Blanca Boutique.
