Our stay here overall was very good. We thought the staff was amazing. They would go out of their way to make sure you had what you needed. They can boom tours and taxis for you. They made breakfast for us before the normal time as we were going on a tour. Couldn’t say enough. We stayed in the family suite. It had a king size bed in one room and 2 twin beds in another room. The a/c worked well which is important with the heat. The bed sheets and towels were changed daily. The shower had very hot water that never ran out. Found the beds to be a little hard for my liking. There is an atm within 3-5 minutes walking from the hotel(not in the hotel). There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. There is some famous road that is within 5 minutes walk from the hotel. It is very long and has tons of shops for the ladies. Overall, it was a good experience for us.

We stayed at the Casa Blanca Boutique Hotel in Phuket Old Town for 2-nights in early-Feb (B2,390; $100 Can/night). We chose the Casa Blanca because it is a heritage hotel in old town (rather than one of the modern towers with their quasi-resort attitude) that was close to the sights, restaurants and pubs. Our 3d floor deluxe double faced the small inner courtyard, away from the noise of the busy street. It was small and a bit spartan with its all-white walls and ceiling, but it was adequately fitted with a desk and chair, couch (quite stained), mini-refrigerator, TV, luggage rack, armoire, safe (not bolted in place), small counter and sink. There was a small pool hidden behind the hotel, great for an afternoon dip, but with only enough deck space for two loungers. Breakfast, ordered the previous night for a specific time, included choice of eggs, chicken sausages, fruit, juices, drip coffee or tea, toast. Selection was sparse (e.g., no yoghurt) and, despite the specified time, there was barely any fruit or juices remaining on one morning. The hotel's location was superb for exploring old town. There were plenty of restaurants, craft stores, and interesting Sino-Portuguese architecture. Convenience stores were rare, but there was a Tops at the Limelight Shopping Centre about 3 blocks away. The hotel provided a good location for a comfortable stay, although with some issues with maintenance and the breakfast. Overall, they delivered reasonable value for a good price.

This hotel is in a great location but at the same time on a busy road which isn’t obvious when looking at promotional pictures. The pictures like many promotional pictures make the hotel also look far larger than it is. The staff at the hotel were delightful, helpful, and honest. Our room was pleasant, the bathroom small and luckily our room was on the third floor because the bar across the road was noisy. The pool was not big but my Daughter and I had to ourselves when we used it so we enjoyed it.

A gem in Phuket Old Town. We loved this beautiful hotel with its lovely and kind staff. It‘s very conveniently located between between Thalang and Phangnga Road which are car-free for the Sunday Night Market. We were there Sunday night and even though the road was very busy and there were many partygoers, the double-glazed windows helped keep most of of the noise outside.

It was okay. It was centrally located and the historical aspect of the building was interesting to me. I’m glad we didn’t opt for the breakfast, it looked pathetic. There’s great places elsewhere like The Neighbors. The staff were nice but the hotel was not very well kept and I had the feeling that they didn’t really care about the place. It’s too bad, it could use some TLC. We had a street-facing room and one night wasn’t too noisy but the next two nights were really loud from the bar/club across the street until 11:30.

Arrived to a warm welcome after a long journey we were looking forward to experiencing Thai food after one too many aeroplane meals. We were recommended an excellent local restaurant that was also on my list. A great start to the holiday. The hotel is in a great location, but there is a bar opposite that has live music and yes it can be heard in the room even with double glazing, but did we find it intrusive….. no. We enjoyed a late night drink on the balcony listening to the music and watching the night life of Phuket. The staff were amazing on our last day our transfer for our onward trip to Koh Lanta was running slightly late. Without prompting the receptionist checked with the transfer for an update and also advised the speedboat company that we were cutting the timings tight. She then reassured us and provided an update. If I’m ever lucky enough to spend more time on Phuket Old Town, I’d book Casa Blanca Boutique.

My wife and I visited the hotel as a place to stay centrally in Phuket Old Town. We live in Phuket and are quite familiar with the area but it was our first time visiting and staying in the old town. The hotel is perfect. The staff are polite and helpful without being overbearing. The hotel has a very unique old colonial feel, and retains many old features which make it uniqely quaint. The rooms are large, comfortable, fair priced, clean and have all the amenities required. Step out the front door you are in the best location in town. You are on top of all the restaurants and bars and shops. The pool in the hotel is lovely, very calm place to be, although take your lotion as it is a sun trap and will be hotter than the surface of the sun. We will 100% stay in the hotel again, next time we visit Phuket.

Staying in this hotel is like staying in a museum. Of course it's beautiful but also seems transferring in a tasteful art-laden and aged mansion on a certain level. The location can't get better. We didn't need to use any public transport to explore old town. Loads of great restaurants etc nearby. Receptionist is good. I didn't like their low jet pressure and choking of the bathroom while bathing. They should get serious plumbing done.

The perfect location to stay and explore Phuket Old Town! We stayed there for 3 nights and it was the best place to be. First of all: the old town is not "contaminated" with sex tourism. A clean cell of authencity and peaceful life. Second: the Casa Blanca is a perfect nest to visit the exciting old town: central, stylish, clean, a wonderful staff - the perfect choice after a long lasting evaluation. And last but not least: Sara at the front desk is a great perl to help for everything - thank you, Super Sara🙏!
