I stayed in a Superior double which was a large room.Everything worked fine. Good lighting, fairly quiet airconand the TV had a number of english speaking channels. The bed had clean linens with the typical firm mattress. There was adequate hanging and storage space as well as bench space. The bathroom was spacious with a segregated shower recess. Hot water with adequate pressure. I had no problems. For the price you can't go wrong. Happy to stay again.

First impressions on arrival, staff at the front desk where not helpful & couldn't even be polite. Thai people just dont care about customer service. They don't care that you saved your money to spend in their country & you are looking for a good experience. So dont be surprised on arrival. Cleaning maid - very sweet & always smiling, but they clean the rooms really late. Your hotel room floor is dirty. You have to wear flip flops in the room. Location - Fantastic if you have a bike, which we did. Its central to lovely restaurants, close to hair dresses & coffee shops as well as some safe cheap eats. Weekend Markets are not far either as well as 3 shopping centres are all within a short distance or bus ride. To visit all the beach area's - you can via 2 buses. I did this & it was great on the way there, but a mission on the way back. I took a taxi to Patong as well & Taxi to Karon. In the end we hired a bike - Make sure you have your international license and ask for a helmet. Take a video of the bike so you can prove you did not damage the bike,

I booked this hotel with Agoda 2 rooms on my business trip as well medical check up. I like them as they have parking anyhow when I entered the hotel a bit old. I lost my money which wasn’t their false but I asked for camera check almost two weeks now didn’t get any feedback from the general manager. Will not stay again in this hotel as security camera seems didn’t work

Booked thru UK agent. Friendly staff, but reception staff poor at speaking English (still better than my Thai). Got stuck in lift on first day, took 10 minutes to be released. No emergency phone in lift, no emergency lighting. Had room in B block which was very noisy in the early hours as the surrounding roads were used as a Moto GP track by local youths. Breakfast room not very tidy. Buffet not replenished by staff, unless we asked. Litter on floor not picked up. Need to get there early as coach parties of Chinese /Koreans were like locusts. Rooms cleaned daily, kettle provided but no cups or tea/coffee facilties. Excellent large fridge. No hairdryers but can be borrowed from reception, must be returned same day!

The hotel is expensive, High price for bad conditions. If you want a extra bed, you will pay 1000baths, ridiculous. It's far away from everything. The service is horrible. There isn't even one nice person in here. I don't recommend it, at all.
