Unlike many popular hotels in resort area, this hotel is located in the heart of downtown Phuket. During check-in, I was surprised that this hotel only accepts security deposit in cash. Maybe it's normal in Phuket but it was my first time to this city and thank god I had some cash with me.. The staffs were nice and friendly...

This review is only about the White Palm Restaurant at this hotel. The restaurant ambience is nice but the place was totally empty. We actually didn't mind it but were disappointed because the quality of dim sum was pretty poor. The prawn in the ha gao was not cooked properly and the spring rolls were practically burnt. But the fried...

Located in the heart of Phuket Town, the Royal Phuket City Hotel has all the required amenities. We stayed on the 16th floor and the room provided a good view. There is a shopping market just behind the hotel and also lot of Thai eateries around. The buffet breakfast served on the top floor was excellent. The room was clean...

The hotel is right downtown. Very clean and reasonable. Each night at 830 they offer all their delicious pastry at 50% off. Swimming pool on the roof overlooking Phuket City. Exercise room and very friendly staff. Excellent coffee.

This hotel looks like it got stuck at some point between 1970 and 1980. Pretty sure it has nit seen a renovation since. It takes about 40 minutes about 700 Thai Bath to get to this hotel from the Phuket airport. The staff are overly attentive to the point of making guests slightly uncomfortable and they don’t speak great English....

For the Vegetarian Festival, we decided to book five nights in this majestic hotel...I don't know if the hotel gets a new coat of paint like its neighbour Metropole, but it looks great and beautiful. Like before, the check in was fast and efficient and we were given a non-smoking room at the 16th floor with good views of the...

This hotel had a good location because it was located in Phuket town. I could walk to the old Phuket town just 5 minutes from the hotel. The breakfast was okay. The staff was so nice and helpful. The room a bit old. I like Thai food which had around the hotel. I found that this hotel had a fantastic...
