The house Adila is perched on a hill overlooking the lush green nature and the sea beyond. We enjoy a constant dry cooling sea breeze and stunning view over the green scenery. The two houses are designed with open spaces and leisurely gathering places to linger. The rooftop, bale, pool deck, library, dining room and yoga pavilion all add to the total living environment. The rooms are generous in size and stylishly furnished, most of them have an ocean facing view. Our villa has fast wifi, a stunning swimming pool and is close to all the best (surf) beaches. We serve a healthy (vegetarian) breakfast and cater for lunch and dinner 6 days a week. The perfect place to wind down and relax, surf, practice yoga or even work remotely.

The hotel staff and owners were very accommodating and friendly over the course of our stay. They really went above and beyond to help us settle in and give us tips about what to see in Uluwatu. If you're looking for a quiet and chill hotel to stay at, this is for you. There are only a few rooms available at the hotel, so it makes you feel like you have the whole place to yourself sometimes. We also enjoyed the spacious room and the ability to open all curtains and have a view all the way to the ocean. We also enjoyed the pool, which was refreshing after a hot and sweaty day trekking outside the hotel. We would like to thank Sandra and Sal for their exceptional service. Especially with helping with the taxi driver issue we faced just at the end as we departed.

When we arrived at Adila we felt very welcome. The owners and staff are so friendly and helpful. The hotel is located on a hill in a beautiful quiet area. Restaurants and beaches are nearby with motorbike. Adila is nicely decorated and feels like home. Breakfast is delicious. Easy to meet other travelers here. We loved our stay and will definitely come back!

We stayed here for 10 days last week. Everything about this place is just wonderful. The hosts are fantastic and friendly, in particular Sab, thank you so much for everything you did for us.
The breakfasts are super healthy and plentiful. The freshly made juice daily, is such a touch of class, these guys really seem to understand that the small things make a big difference.
Our room was big, and spotlessly clean, along with a well proportioned shower and toilet area. We had our own private little garden terrace which was peaceful and very nice to enjoy our coffee on every morning.
The pool was great, and the loungers are perfect to chill on after a long beach day. There are plenty of restaurants in the area, I'd recommend getting a scooter, but if that's not your thing, there are plenty of drivers available locally, that the hosts will easily arrange for you.
All in all, this place deserves its rating, it ticks all the boxes, and I'd not hesitate to stay there again! Bravo!!

This is my second stay at Adila. The first stay was prior to Covid. I returned to Adila based on my first very positive experience staying there. Alas Adila is now the guesthouse with almost zero service whilst still charging full price.
On my first visit Adila filtered the water to the guesthouse rooms. This no longer happens.
Rooms are now cleaned every 3rd day, not daily as before.
Adila only provides a breakfast service now and it's not included in the price. No other meals, snacks or any type of beverage is provided except water.
Adila had a really knowledgeable, helpful manager before. The current manager/s vary from hopeless to so so.
I was very disappointed by my second stay at Adila. I felt it was a guesthouse with almost zero service at an inflated price.
I will not return nor would I recommend it to anyone.

Hotel is quite outdated and old. We booked here thinking it would be a nice hotel for our final 2 nights. The price is very expensive for the quality of furnishing etc. The picture of the deluxe room with sea view is a bit misleading, as it looked like a private balcony, but it is not , anyone can walk round from the stair way - this could be easily fixed with some kind of barrier, as without this you cannot get changed or have privacy without closing your curtains. Pool area is quite small, breakfast was pretty basic. Staff on reception were very friendly. Overall a nice hotel, but not worth the high prices.

Had an absolutely amazing stay at Adila Bali, but too short! Got an incredible welcome from Faith, after which I was lucky enough to catch the owners Salah and Sandra, who came here for a short visit themselves.

The place has the fine details of Dutch culture embedded in everything and it feels like staying with family. In the mornings you can sit together at one table to have breakfast, as opposed to being spread our across different tables. This gives you the opportunity to connect with others if you’d like. The breakfast is tasty, healthy and fresh. A buffet of fruits, french toast/pancakes, eggs (any style you want) as well as toasts with organic peanutbutter or a variety of fresh fruit jams (no added sugars)

The wifi is good, the rooms are clean and tidy and have enough power outlets, the a/c works well, the bathrooms are clean and have a nice ambience to them.

Furthermore the tapwater is being filtered and there is a water dispensary from which you can refill your water bottle, therefore helping to sustain Bali’s environment.

From 12:30 till 20:30 the restaurant is open to order one of there delicious meals with every day having a different special (highly recommended). You can taste that the food is fresh!

There is a nice pool, spacious enough to swim a bit. The views are incredible and the area is a bit remote, which makes you wake up with the sound of birds and other animals.

Three times a week you can do morning yoga and there is an incredible masseuse who will give you the best Balinese massage. For 70k per day you can rent a scooter (highly recommended) and your room has a booklet with nice activities to do or places to eat. I recommend Wood Shack which is closeby, as well as Mana (not in the booklet as it is quite new). I like to tour around on the scooter when I visit new places so I would recommend you to do so as well.

For any of your questions Faith, the owners or the staff will be happy to assist you. Make sure also to watch the sunrise from the beach nearby (though bear in mind you have to walk 400 steps down/up, but it is worth it!)

I will be back here for sure!

My friends and I spent our Nyepi/Silent Day here - it was totally the best place to stay so far during my Nyepi experience. Faith, the manager was giving us the 5* service of a boutique hotel. Her hospitality is second to none. The room, view, ambience, and Faith will make me totally come back.

My stay at Adila Bali was great. I was here to surf the Bukit and Adila’s central location made it easy to scooter to many of the top surf beaches in around 15 minutes (Dreamland, Bingin, Balangan, Nusa Duwa). Green Bowl and Pandawa beach are even closer (5 minutes), which is perfect for this time of year.

The rooms are very comfortable and the whole villa has a really nice open atmosphere. The food is delicious and healthy. The daily breakfast specials and changing lunch and dinner menus provide great variety. Otherwise, there are some great restaurant options not far away.

The staff were very friendly and always happy to help or give suggestions for where to go. The in-house Balinese massage was great to recover sore muscles after a long surf or yoga session.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a healthy and relaxing surf base, away from the crowds and yet close enough to enjoy all the Bukit has to offer.

Place, staff, food, pool, massages; everything is great. Relax and enjoy Bali at the pace you want.
Staff is really helpful in arranging all you like to do.
Breakfast on the big table, socializing (if you prefer to) with other guests and the fabulous staff makes you feel ‘at home’ in paradise island Bali.
Totally recommended, thanks!
