We stayed in this fabulous accommodation for one night on our cycle tour. We had a warm welcome and encouraged us to try out our French. As good English was spoken by the owner he filled in our gaps and made us feel very comfortable. The room was huge with a comfy sofa, big bed and spacious bathroom. The owner...

My boyfriend and I stayed there for 2 nights, and we are thrilled about this place. It is located amongst vineyards, in a beautiful region. The guesthouse is very clean, comfy and quiet!!I must say that breakfast is delicious and massive too! Domaine Grand Guilhem happened to be on our route so we chose that one, and were very happy about our choice, beautiful place in the wild Corbières. Friendly people, we will recommend this and I can use it also professionally for my wine trips when in the area. Delicious breakfast, bio of course.

A well-maintained bed and breakfast, with spacious rooms and a wonderful breakfast spread. I'll be returning next month. I stayed in April 2013, after my wife had previously stayed there. Deep into wine country, the Domaine Grand Guilhem is a perfect launch point for exploring the Corbieres region of France.

It's very quite. The owners live in the same building and have the winery. So you can also enjoy wine tasting and buy some wine....

We stayed at Domaine Grand Guilhem in January 2012. We were in the area on business and wanted to stay at a place that was centrally located to most of the main wine regions of the Languedoc and Roussillon. But the main reason we wanted to stay here was because of the wines produced by Gilles Contrepois. His organically certified...

Cascastel is a perfect spot from which to tour the beautiful, rugged, corbieres. During two months when we hired the maison Grand Guillem my parents, my sister and family, my in laws and many friends came and stayed with us. Without exception, all enjoyed the hospitality of the region and, in particular, that of Gilles and Severine, our hosts. We...

“Room Syrah was a very spacious large room on the top floor with a smaller bathroom, Room Carignan is a smaller bedroom, but a very spacious and decedent bathroom (you won't want to leave it)!!”
