Like to recognize Lena ( Manager) for her passion on making visitors more than happy, Wut the bellman who ensures you are having a good time. Sanan and Anthony who work in Firefly ( restaurant) work hard at ensuring satisfaction. Prae and Nika at the front desk are very efficient and Nouch - the best massages ever!! A first class resort made even better by the attentive staff and by the management, Lena and Fahad on duty. Accommodation is very comfortable and easy to get too as their are carts available 24/7 The check in process was excellent and with Anthony and Nika, checked out with Maew and Prae. You can be guaranteed a very warm welcome by Matthew and bellman, Wut, Lit, Neung, Loh and Parn It was a very good experience to stay in your villa. We have a wonderful time and bring back the happiness to home. We were staying in the Ocean pool villa which was excellent and clean. No matter of the interior and the facilities. But, the sea view is stunning. Very nice breakfast at Fire Fly I never tried in Phuket. Nice greetings and great food with authentic Thai dishes, especially Noodles and Thai tea. Even in low season with the weather not brilliant still many things, Frank at Front Desk recommended me many tours and tips. Resort has provided the Shuttle bus to the beach and nearest shopping centre, Porte de Phuket. Anyway, we love Pavilions and will definitely return.

While we did expect a luxurious experience and the most delicious food (well done to the chef, kitchen & restaurant teams), I must focus on what sometimes gets taken for granted - the wonderful staff! Every staff member we had the pleasure of being involved with was fantastic- always welcoming, smiling & happy, patient, and went out of their way to assist us every time. The most amazing hotel and service we have ever had... please read its worth it! This is my first review as it's worth every mention. We travelled with our two young children and were greeted with warm and friendly faces. We were tired and hot after leaving Singapore at 4.30am. We were delighted to find our spa pool villa was ready at 10am! This has never happened having our room ready so early so we were very grateful. Anthony helped us settle in and explained how the villa worked. He was wonderful. My husband was thrilled to have a steam room and loved the power of it. The added bonus of the room there were two toilets and two showers. It was very convenient. The staff are incredible. Service was 10/10. They took the time to talk to us, give us tips for day trips and even put our kids in the front buggy to drive the vehicle. They were delighted (thank you Noong and Wut!) I read reviews that buggy took a long time, that was never the case for us they came within a minute or two. Our eldest child had an unfortunate incident at the beach and got stung by a jelly fish. He was in so much pain I called to go to the hospital. I have tears writing this. Lena and the staff rushed to our villa within seconds and offered to take us in their transfer to the local chemist. She translated for us and the pharmacy gave us the right medications. She took so much care towards us and we really appreciate the effort and compassion. Lena is a wonderful empathetic staff member. Luckily our son was ok after an uncomfortable evening. The next morning all the staff including Kut even got out of his buggy to stop and ask how he was. The resort were all so concerned. Anthony, Lena,Kut you were wonderful. They even surprised him with a cake and a beautiful message to get better the following day. It was so touching. On top of the fabulous staff, the firefly restaurant was superb. We loved the Thai buffet night and breakfast was the best we have ever had. Being pregnant and vegetarian they accommodated and prepared vegetarian fried rice daily and fresh mango cut up as it wasn't out on the fruit stand but nothing was too much trouble for them. The food choices were incredible. The pancakes were the most fluffiest we have ever had, so delicious! Meaw was gorgeous, loved chatting to the kids and always so cheerful. We have truly had the best time. Although it was a resort more for couples they made us feel so welcome as a family and all the staff went over and beyond to make us happy. Apologies if I've left any staff members names out. You are all included. Thank you so much for a memorable stay. We hope to return in the near future!

We are frequent clients of Pavilions since 2016 with interruption during Covid. It is our 5th stay (2-weeks long at Ocean View Villa). We can thus compare performances between before and after the Covid periods. There are significant differences to note: Before Covid, the hotel proposed packages at pricing below what are offered now, like "Romance Destination" including: * transfer airport-hotel round trip with fresh towels, water and fruits * Food massages * Body massages * Afternoon Tea every day * Candle light diner in room or at Plantation * 20% discount on F&B * 30% discount for spa massage Now (after Covid period) the negative aspects are: * No more breakfast at Alto (Plantation) which was nice because tuned for VIP guests * Breakfast at Firefly are with less choice and mixed with all kind of guests * Waiting time for buggy much longer than before (probably due to lack of personnel) Positive aspects are: * Very positive points for the staff; especially thanks to Matthew and Antony who their kindless and efficiency. * The application for the activities, reservation is an excellent tool making the contact with the hotel very efficiently * Also thanks to the personnel at Firefly and at lobby: always smiling and friendly! * Special appreciation for Mrs Toon who did housekeeping very very well

We bought 2 packages from luxury escape, a 3 days for a duplex villa and a 3days package for an ocean suite villa boasting panoramic view of the andaman sea and beach The duplex villa is excellent but the pool is a bit small, no complaints here But on our fourth day they kept reminding us us we should check out before 12:00 and wait for our ocean suite at the lobby ??? Finally we moved to the ocean villa with only 1/3 of the ocean view. We paid more for the ocean view suite with no panoramic view!? This I think is unacceptable so I talked to Anthony who is quite helpful and offered us a slightly late checkout at 1:00 in our new panoramic view suite on our third night and a complimentary transfer to our next stay at banyan tree double pool villa. I think the 2 nights we spent at villa 3 with obstructed view needed to be compensated for the extra money we spent (USD 150per night) I requested to be sent a bottle of white wine for our in villa dinner in villa 17 with the panoramic view. Later that day Anthony called and informed us that the Management team said that for late check out we have to pay 3400 for the extra hour!!! What type of management would say such to their guests??? We rejected all their offers and left at 12:00 sharp Firstly the 2 stars I gave are for the staff at this resort , the housekeeping and the restaurant staff and for Antony and Matthew To the management I am really shocked how they treat guests like us!!! We did not bid for an upgrade , we paid extra usd150 per night for the panoramic suite ! I think the management is really rude We left in our grab suv, we rejected their offer to take us to banyan tree double pool villa, it’s not the money we are after , it’s their service we want. We are absolutely disappointed at how the management team tackle our complaints The price we paid for 6 days at this resort is the same as the double pool villa at banyan tree For fellow travellers my opinion is as follows: I would have spent 12 nights at double pool villa banyan tree, the service and villa is much much higher than the pavilion. For the same amount spent the quality of stay at double pool villa is of a much higher standard

Dear Mrs. Lo Lai , Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I'm sorry to hear that you faced the mentioned issues during your stay at the Pavilion Phuket. It's understandable that you were frustrated about paying extra for an ocean view suite and not getting the panoramic view that you were promised. I'm glad to hear that Anthony was helpful and tried to resolve the situation. However, Anthony offered you a complimentary duo massage (which the cost is approximately 3,400 thb per person) OR a bottle of white wine as you requested. The 3400 thb was only an indicative price for you to understand the compensation we offered you. However, I trully believe that an english miscommunication occured. Therefore, we w ere delighted to provide you the villa until 13.00 hrs as well as to offer you the transfer to your next destination and on top of it either a duo massage or a bottle of wine. it was thus your choice to not take advantage of these compensations. Overall we were very happy with the luxury and peaceful resort. The staff were genuinely happy to help during having my own problem about my credit card issue. Shouted out to front desk staffs, Prae, Lena, Kung, Anthony , Frank, Nam-unn, Miew, Nika and Parn Bellman. The resort was generally very clean and tidy, going around with free buggies and having shuttle bus to bring us out to the beach and shopping area. Our room was cleaned every day. Improvements can be made by the staffs being more languages provided, such as Arabic, and Korean. But it’s not a big issue. Would highly recommend! The resort is recently refurbished and is modern with a touch of comfort! Sunsets are gorgeous at 360 Bar and the Bangtao beach is dreamy! We will definitely come back.

We stayed here for our Honeymoon and it was absolutely amazing. From arriving we where treated like royalty and nothing was too much. We where given an upgrade to the pool penthouse which was beautiful. The staff are amazing and so welcoming. We had the most beautiful cake made for our honeymoon which was such lovely suprise. We also had the most amazing and very tasty floating breakfast. This was one of most favourite stays in the whole of Thailand and will defo be returning. Thanks so much

Good privilege during stay, perfect sunset view in the room. clean room, not much insects. Nice food and service, with a reasonable price. Most expensive item is Thai massage but it is value for money, I have three times massage on my three nights stay. Pavillions is a perfect place for you to energy recharging. Will come back again.
