There is nothing to fault at this hotel. Everything was great from check in to check out. The staff were friendly and provided the Thai hospitality that Thailand is well known of. I stayed at the duplex suite with my family for 4 nights and throughout the duration, we felt nothing but a relaxed environment. Rooms were cleaned accordingly, amenities were provided. The beach is a short 2 - 3 minutes walk away. There are 2 pools here but dont expect big pool as this hotel is smaller compared to its neighbours. It has its plus points as it is not as busy! Perhaps 1 room for improvement would be the breakfast selections, it needs a more diverse spread. Local food can be found around the hotel, so not an issue.

The service at this hotel as been top notch. It’s one of the best services I’ve ever received from a hotel stay. They are very responsive and whenever I make a request I get that service from them immediately. They are very attentive and have a lovely smile on their faces. I’m so happy that I chose this hotel for my stay. I stayed with my husband and son. We had developed gastroenteritis from a previous trip and they helped us arrange taxi to get to a doctor and also met our needs very willingly. This hotel service has been the fastest I’ve ever experienced. They are so friendly here and so welcoming. It’s a great hotel for family stay.

What’s not to love ❤️ about this place. From the second we arrived, until we left, everything was perfect, if I could give 6 stars, I would. Absolutely spotlessly clean, spacious rooms, we stayed in a plunge pool room, delicious food, super friendly staff, everyone is always happy & smiling. The beautiful beach is just 2mins walk away, powder sand & the clearest water I’ve ever seen. We will definitely be back in the near future, highly recommend this peaceful serene boutique hotel, excellent value for money. The only part I didn’t enjoy, was having to leave to come home 😥

Nothing but praise for our stay at this hotel and for the hotel staff who was extremely attentive and helpful with everything we needed. Special shoutout to Nim, Honey and Matt who were amazing. Super comfortable bed, extra clean, amazing food from breakfast to dinner and the pool…what a wonderful and relaxing oasis!!! The beach is right across the street from the hotel, you can actually see it while enjoying breakfast, and it’s one of the best beaches in Phuket. It’s not that crowded, it’s clean and the water is crystal clear. Would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely go back again.

In-dining menus are delicious, breakfast was awesome. Room was nice, clean, and comfy. Staff are very accommodating. Some problem with the water heater but all in all would still recommend. Very close to the beach!

This was our second stay in Surin. Surin, and the surrounding areas, has some amazing beaches and great amenities for tourists so is recommended as a place to visit. The hotel we stayed at the Outrigger was sophisticated, moden and family friendly. The atmosphere was live in the afternoons when everyone was coming for their drinks at the bar. The food was quite good and if you wanted anything in particular for breakfast or had any food requirements the chef's made sure that your needs and wants were met. The employees shared a warm smile and hello when ever you saw them around which was extremely welcoming. As for things that I would of liked to see, was some more atmosphere around the pool. The pool was lovely but did not have the same feeling as the bar. Maybe some more music and a more flowy lay out would have changed the setting and created a different vibe. The beach was amazing, with nice warm waters and amazing sunsets, my family and I loved swimming here and there were a variety of activities such as jet skis and kayaking to do here. Overall this place has a great vibe and would definitely recommend for anyone who will be staying around the area.…

Amazing staff, could not fault them at all. The food was very good and service to match Coffee in the morning at breakfast could be improved but that’s all. The room we had was very clean and very comfortable especially the bed and towels so soft and thick. Only down point is children around the pool screaming when you’re trying to relax, the staff could have had a quiet word with their parents? Location is spot on with staff helping you cross the road to beach. On the beach a superb little beach hut/food called Neenas Restaurant, we ate there whilst in beach and I wanted her to come home as her food was too good to explain. The hotel I would definitely definitely return and recommend !!

Just came back from a 7-night trip to Phuket staying at Outrigger Surin Beach Resort. The hotel is newly renovated, everything is spotless. The hotel staff are all super friendly and helpful. There are so many great selections for the buffet breakfast. We especially enjoyed the superb service from Pew and Ni. The all-day restaurant food was very delicious as well, high quality food with reasonable price. The Surin beach is close to the hotel, quite convenient. Hotel also provides beach towels, etc. to making it easy and nice. We booked a room with direct access to the swimming pool, enjoyed the pool very much. There are many restaurants nearby or within walking distance. Thai food in Phuket is out of this world, couldn't have enough of it. Must come back soon.

had a one night stay at this property earlier this year. good location, extremely close to the beach. everything from checkin to checkout was seamless. the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. professionalism at its best. for my case, elite membership status was recognised, which is a huge plus and for that, i am grateful. at no time you would not be greeted by anyone, even the janitors. an extremely pleasant experience, and i have already booked a longer stay for my upcoming trip. thank you very much to the team and please keep up the great work, cheers
