Huge hotel. Marble everywhere. Big rooms. Nice lobby. That's about all I can say that's positive about this hotel. The poorly lit bathroom was scary and the air conditioner did not work well. But the worst part was, the front desk people and the restaurant staff were about as unprofessional and unwelcoming as you can imagine. No, its NOT the...

Hotel is located in the edge of the city, travelling is convenient. Room is clean and big enough for a family of 4 ( a couple with 2 children). Breakfast is included but not delicious. Decoration is wood and wood and it makes uncomfortable feeling.

Everything is very old, rooms are clean but window didnt close, traffic in front of hotel all night so I didnt sleep at all. I was here only for one night so didnt change room. This hotel shows signs of wear, but it may be the best option for a few days in Pleiku. It is central to the smallish (about 200,000 people) city, so getting around is easy. The staff were very helpful. The food in the Acacia restaurant at noon, with me as the only guest, was good. Although the hotel seemed abandoned,...

Our room overlooked the fountain, it was very clean and was a good size. We had very enjoyable dinner in the restaurant and they have quiet a large selection on their menu. Breakfast was equally enjoyable with a good variety to choose from.

Location is good - most central place in town. Reception and staff are ok, speak quit well English. Room, towels, bath tube and bed sheet are very dirty. Matress is a pure night mare. Uncomfortable and with every move very noisy. Spa area is just a joke.

Nice room!!! Roof top bar was closed but enjoyed 3rd floor coffee bar. Registration people speak great English. Great service!!! I would stay here again. Didn't visit karaoke or massage parlor. Loved the balcony and wooden doors overlooking the waterfall!

The hotel is beautiful, the staff is helpful, the rooms are attractively decorated, the breakfast is extensive and tasty, the location is central, but the beds are impossibly uncomfortable. We thought it was just us, but our friend in another room said her back was sore, too. She said she could feel the springs poking into her back. For us,...

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, for a conference. This hotel is the biggest one in the area, owned by one of the most powerful company in Vietnam. Pros: big, spacy Cons: old, dark, poor facilities (600 peoples, but only 1 working elevator, it was overloaded and stopped working on the second day, we had to climb 7...
