Do NOT go to this Resort. We booked 5 nights and stayed 4. It ruined our holidays. It started with the conformation about the boat transfer. They emailed the timetable asking wich boat we are want to take ending in telling us 12 hours before that there will be no boat for this time. How can you plan your vacation...

Takeaway: if you keep your expectations low, your stay at Rayaburi might just be incredible fun - a huge plus on your trip to Thailand; however, most people's expectations are too high for this place - and this is due to the high price the hotel charges and they come and are disappointed. I give the hotel THREE STARS to...

Had 4 days at the resort together with teenager and small children. There is only one restaurant on the islands ( hotel area) and it is quite expensive compared to the mainland. The food however is very good. It was a pleasant stay as we had the beach and the pool almost for our self all day. Where upgraded to...

I have to say that I am a Mother of a almost 3yo very active boy.. And his safety is very important to me. Also, usually we stay at 5star hotels so a pinch of salt is required when you read my review. That being said, I would never stay at this resort again with children. We got a big...

I have mixed feelings about this place, and looking at other reviews, I see that many other people do too. My problems actually started with the booking itself. As you know, to get to the hotel you need to pay for speedboat transfer (THB 1200 pp) on checkin. I had a choice of booking with an agency like AGODA or...

Nice beach, nice hotel structure but the rooms need to be refresh !! I was in one of the two suite villa with private swimmng pool ( which is very clean and perfect to laydown on your terrace) but the rooms are old, especially the bathrooms ! Restaurant and drinks are very expensive (for Thailand, very cheap for Europe) but...

This is not something I normally do, but I'm going to write an extensive review about this place to try to consolidate the many mixed reviews I've read about it and try to help you to make your decision. First of all, I travel 30+ weeks a year and I rely heavily on reviews to make my decisions about where...

Dirty place. Rude staff. Overcrowded. Charge you for everything ! Huge disappointment ! Looks nothing like the pictures. Do not book it ! We ended up leaving after checking in. It was such a disappointment and we did not feel welcome at all. This place only caters for huge chinese groups - they are noisy and take over the place!!...

The architecture of the hotel is beautiful and the beach is great. But, the room was so old (the bath was unusable because it leaked) and the minibar dirty. The pool was beautiful but too much chlorine in it. The pool's shower was green because never cleaned. There is no services in this hotel. The pool's bar was closed and...

We discovered the beautiful Racha island 10 years ago and we stayed 3-4 years ago at this hotel. It was a brand new one with friendly but non-professional staff. Today, 3 years later the staff is still friendly but not professional at all and the hotel was not maintained and dirty... 5 days after arriving the noodle soup at the...
