We stayed there for one night on an organised trip. It was a Sunday and only the supermarket below the hotel was open so we had no choice but to eat in the hotel. I paid £20 for a plain chicken breast and a plate of plain boiled vegetables, no potatoes. Personally I think this is way overpriced. Drinks at the bar were also very overpriced, most of us bought our own from the supermarket and drank in our rooms! Beware of the midges as well!

Excellent accommodation and dining/bar area. Generally good food, only draw back being the hotels location - on a commercial estate not within walking distance of bars/restaurants etc. There was, however, a large supermarket directly below the hotel.

We stayed there for a couple of days during a conference held at the Humanitas Conference Center. The advantage of the hotel is the distance to the conference venue and the free shuttle. Or so we thought. We always booked the shuttle for the morning in the evening before and never got the transportation at the time wished. In addition, one of the receptionists was so unfriendly and had such bad manners that we really cannot recommend this hotel. He even slapped my credit card on the counter when I paid to show his disrespect.

Average hotel in the midst of a commercial area. Shops and supermarkt nearby. Milan city center is close by. Rooms are okay. Diner and breakfast available. Fine for an overnight stay and as a departure point for visiting Milan

The rooms are basic and in need of some TLC. Dinner menu is limited and doesn't change much through the week. They tried to charge us nearly 40 euros extra per night despite the fact we had the price confirmed by email then had the cheek to try and charge extra for breakfast despite it being included. The general manager was just rude and refused to accept our confirmation email. I suggest he is given some retraining in customer care!

Great little Hotel of the beaten track so nice and quiet at nights, stayed here for 1 night on leger tour 8th October, food is good value and tasty, lots of choices for breakfast staff are very friendly and helpful any issues just ask staff they are more than willing to ensure you have a good stay, so to all the moaners on our tour all you had to do was ask, rooms were also very big and great to have a supermarket so close, advice from me is when touring Italy just enjoy there way of life it truly is the only way to be

There was no actual front door. Ground floor was a shopping centre 1st floor was hotel reception. Once in staff were helpful and pleasant but evening meal was fairly expensive for not much food. Rooms were nice enough, but towel to small to wipe hands with never mind anything else.

I've been staying at the hotel during a golfing vacation in Italy. The staff was always kind and helpful in providing information to visit the close golf club and about dining out and visiting Milano. The room is modern and clean, breakfast is big and with several options. We've also tried the restaurant and we were enthusiast about the dining experience too. Very good quality for money, I do suggest the hotel for both leisure and business travellers.

Staff were friendly - no issues with the hotel itself just the location seemed a strange choice. on top of a co-op which was handy to buy some food for evening as the meal in the hotel was quite expensive. i had hoped to see Milan but was told by tour group guide 'get the train' as it was a sunday the service to and from was not good so didnt attempt to do this so really felt it was a wasted day of our holiday. As we went with Ledger tours we didnt get a chance to choose our hotel, disappointed with their choice as couldnt do anything except hang about the hotel. No pool so couldnt even go for a dip. Moans really about the location rather than the hotel.

The staff were friendly, the room was very big and clean. The hotel is in a convenient location, as it is just outside Milan but very well connected by the nearby tube station. The food was also very nice. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would say very good value for money
