My first time in Mexico and at an all-inclusive. The resort was stunningly beautiful and staff super friendly. Food was mediocre at best and service was ok considering we upgraded to a room in excess of $1,000 a night. A lot of upgrades for an "all-inclusive" for little things. Booked a 400$ beach dinner and food was meh. Lobster bisque didn't have an ounce of lobster in. Beware of their time share thing they try to get you involved in. They tell you it's only an hour but if you can't give them 3-4 hours they get pissy. We ended up telling them we were interested and didn't attend. It was a very off putting situation to be put in. Chic cabaret was awesome. Definitely do! Overall, the resort was super beautiful and staff incredibly friendly. I'm not saying I wouldn't stay again. But definitely would go in with different expectations for food and service and would probably try elsewhere before going back to this exact resort. But you wont be disappointed in the facility. Very very pretty.

The swim up suite was very nice, however, despite it being "adults only" there were several kids on the property. Restaurant availability was limited and portions were kid sized. We never received our COVID results as promised and had to return to the clinic a second time. Spa experience was the only good part of this tirp,

We really enjoyed our stay at TRS Coral Hotels in Cancun. Our butler, Caesar, treated us amazing! We were there with a group of five people and he remembered all of us and that we were a group together. He did his absolute best to accommodate any requests we had. He was on top of giving us the schedule, and making reservations for us. We had a swim-up room and it was great! Highly recommend and would come back here without question.

Like many of you, I took time to read lots of reviews prior to choosing the TRS Coral for our couples vacation. We are in our mid 30s and enjoy a more laid back vibe and this resort absolutely delivered. We booked a swim out suite and ended up in room 1007 which was conveniently located to everything on the TRS side. Upon arrival we met our butler who is more like a personal concierge. Our butlers were Roberto and Cesar who both did an amazing job making sure we were kept in the loop and were cared for. They helped with dinner/spa reservations and coordinated any other needs that came up. Food 5/5 - I was worried about the food based on some of the reviews, but we loved everything including room service, A la carte restaurants, and the breakfast which was a hybrid buffet and A la carte. For those visiting soon, here were the standouts for me. La Boheme - this place was awesome, Salad Lyonnaise, Onion Soup, and Coq Au Vin were AMAZING. We are here twice, I had the same thing both times and my wife copied my order the second time. Tentazione - so good! Insalate Varese, Beef Carpaccio, Tuna Tartare, and the New York strip (rare) were the standouts here. The pizza was hot great to be fair, but the rest of the meal was so good it didn’t matter. I’ve never had a good pizza at any all inclusive. Helios - Great lunch, enjoyed the fajitas and quesadillas, we ate here for dinner once, but it was not our favorite. Chang Thai and El Dorado - we went to both of these and they were just not as good as the options at the TRS. We found the TRS to have better food all around over the options at the village and adjoining GP property. Capricho - Loved breakfast here, Huevos Rancheros, Chiliquiles, Mexican Eggs, Bacon, all of it was perfectly done. Pro tip, order Mexican food, they know what they are doing and it is awesome. Room service - the Veggie Burrito was bomb as were the chicken fajitas. Chic Cabaret - this is a tasting menu which was really good and the show was amazing, well worth the $35. We had a lovely crowd and it was a great time. The ocean was awesome, so many chairs and great service, no seaweed on the beach at all and the water was perfect. The pool was okay, but we honestly loved our swim out so much we just played there mostly. Last but not least the spa, we had two couples massages and OMG were they amazing. Special shout out to Betty who literally gave me the best massage of my life. Thank you sincerely to all of the staff, you go out of your way to make things special for your visitors, it was truly our pleasure to stay with you! If you can’t find pleasure and relaxation at this resort, you don’t deserve to be on holiday. I’m sure if you’re looking you can find something that annoys you, but why nitpick when paradise is right in front of you full of amazing staff who are so caring and attentive.

My husband and I went for 1 week in August 2021. The weather was relatively hot and humid. The water temp was perfect it was cloudy as a hurricane had just passed through but toward the end of the week it was clear. Over on the island Isla Mujeres the water was electric blue! -Room: The junior suite was amazing, one of the nicest hotel rooms I have probably ever stayed in. The only thing I was missing were drawers for clothes, 2 closets but not a lot of drawers, but seriously a wonderful room. Our Butlers Carlos and Christian were absolutely prefect and helped us with everything from booking restaurants to calling us a golf cart, or cleaning up a broken glass in our room. -Restaurants: We loved breakfast at Capricho, and the crepes were soooooooo good! The rest of the restaurants were just ok, pretty consistent with everyone else's reviews. We didn't discover the coffee shop until the last day. All the restaurants are so well deigned, they are beautiful. -Chic Cabaret: It was fun, they food was not great. Service was wonderful. The was good, but so very very long. 3 hours actually. So if you don't like cover songs and dancing men and women for 3 hours then don't go. and it cost extra. -Excursions: We did the speed boats and snorkeling. We had no issues with being over charged, we were picked up and returned on time. As for the actually event, it was ok, had fun driving the boats but pretty much went in a strait line and didn't see much snorkeling, but it was only like $60. I wanted to go to the island but didn't want a party boat, and really didn't want to mess with a taxi. On the beach we noticed a boat pull right up to the hotel and leave with people, apparently they were taking them to the island for 4 hours and then snorkeling on the way back. We signed up! Rented a golf cart on the island, went to punta sur for $3 and then went swimming in the clearest water I had ever seen. Daniel was the guy on the beach who set us up for the trip. I reserved a golf cart online for $40 for the day. Primo Golf Carts, i think. -COVID: the only time we were "uncomfortable" was when a few 20 somethings ran into the elevator with us laughing and not wearing masks. Other than that the staff always had their mask on. We got COVID tested 2 daysish before we were flying home, they slipped the test results under our door later that day. Would I recommend it? Yes, will we return? No but I will return to TRS or Grand Palladium but we want to go somewhere new.
