Maniti expedition knows well how to leave the best impression about the Jungle and river of Amazon. I had a memorable experience not only in term of wild life adventure, but also in term of "spiritual" trip with Ayahuasca ceremony that was arranged by the expedition. Good food comfy lodge and adorable stuff :)

My experience with maniti was flawless. The food was great, the accommodation was comfortable and the location of the camp made you feel like you were right in the thick of the amazon. My guide Edwin was always on point whether it be helping me through my spiritual experiences or spotting an animal out of the trees. You can tell...

The absolute best experience. Ashuko is an expert guide of all things jungle. I particularly loved the night walks in the jungle. This man knows the jungle inside and out and is able to find wildlife where the "gringa" could not detect it. I am a solo traveller and never felt safer. The food at the Maniti Lodge is exceptional....

We took part in the 3D/2N stay. Pre trip planning was very smooth with us being picked up at a local hotel. Friendly staff. Upon arriving at the docks for departure to the lodge a discussion was had about catfishing in the USA. The owner then purchased an Amazon catfish at the dock market so we could compare which was...

5 stars I give them. From the on time pick up at the hotel to boat ride back to Iquitos. Our guide, Edwin, was very knowledgeable, personable, and experienced. Amazing how he could pick out Pygmy monkey hidden in the top of trees while slouching through the jungle swamps. Don't expect luxury accommodations or exquisite cuisine, you are in the...

We had a good time. We enjoyed our guide and all the helpful staff. The 3 day and 2 night package included all that was described. We enjoyed pirahana fishing and dolphin watching the most. The accommodations were fine but very much like camping. We were given a list of items to pack for comfort, pack these! We had 2...

We went to Maniti with my family including 2 kids 11 and 6. The trip was well organized and everything was taken care of during our stay. Our guide Edwin was fantastic. He really looked after us and made our kids feel special. I also got to learn from the other guide Ashuko about all the local birds. All the...
