This is a really lovely campsite that is very well run by Peter. He was exceptionally hospitable even though he was on his own! The pitches are lovely, really well kept. There is a bar that provides some snack types foods which were ideal after a long day driving. The beer was good too, and the whiskey's. The showers and...

Great site for stop over or longer visit to Caen and Normandy coast. Lovely small town in lovely surroundings. Great service from Peter and Fran who go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Small bar and meals available. Perfect after 10 hours on the road from Yorkshire

Very nice, but basic campsite. The grounds are really nice and the village is great. The electric worked fine and we didn't use wifi. The toilet block had plenty of hot water (the only place we got HOT water in 2 weeks camping across France) but I think they'd struggle with numbers, only 4 showers in total, and 3 toilets. Not...

This camp site has well kept grounds, that is all , the facilities are well dated and poor, infact very poor as of to days standards in the camping fraternity. You pay extra for internet but the reception is very poor. The site was nearly empty, and we still had to queue up for the showers, The food they serve...

Lovely quiet campsite, 45 minutes drive from the port near Caen. Beautifully maintained grounds, good facilities, electric hook up (13 amp). Cater for late arrivals, we arrived at 11pm, the site owners emailed us instructions on what to do as the office was obviously closed. The directions they sent us were good, we found the pitch and set up camp...

Stayed here in our motor home for a night on our way back to the ferry at Caen. It is just off the motorway in a very small town with just a couple of shops. There's everything you need though, a small supermarket, a lovely bakers and a couple of butchers. The site is really lovely with spacious pitches and...

Basic campsite with tired shower block. Not one of the less expensive sites we visited on our trip. Electricity kept blowing and we had to reset often .Wifi was at an extra cost and considering the price paid I would have expected it to be free.

We stayed in the house not risking camping on arrival Peter sorted us out after a few hiccups with my booking. Breakfast was fantastic and plentiful served up by Fran cereals, boiled eggs fresh bread and Croissants. It was a good base to...

We traveled as a group recently to tour the D-DAy beaches. As we had stayed there last year it was recommended to the rest of the group to use this as a base. We booked 3 rooms and all were clean, tidy and prepared upon our arrival, everything was re-cleaned and made up for us when we returned each night.(as...

Stayed at Le puits camp site as a party of 11 on 8 bikes during whit week (end of May 2015). After riding from the north west of England in one go, the owners Peter and Fran Peter were kind enough to keep the kitchen open after 10pm to serve us food after eventually getting our tents pitched. The grounds...
