I did not much enjoy our stay (family of four). The property is slightly old fashioned, the decor is very tired and numerous items were faulty in our particular room. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were clean so those are advantages .

The staff is welcoming and polite. Happy to help. The hotel itself is in urgent need of a revamping. Stains on the carpet/ chairs/sofa. Tomato sauce at the card with wifi information (why don’t you put a new one when you see these things?). The bathroom is especially in need of a renewal. The bath could only work as a shower, the tiles are barely on the wall and the wood is disappearing slowly. Good points are the staff that is friendly and the free parking. Bad points are the price for the quality you get. Also, it could have been cleaned better.

A group of 10 of us arrived at this hotel monday 14th of march, come wednesday the 16th of march, all our rokms had been turned upside down, searched and robbed of any valuables and cash in the rooms. It was then we went to reception to complain and let them k ow what had happened, bearing in mind there was no forced entry into any of our rooms. We as a group then met the deputy manager (wearing a mcdonalds hat) who said he would get onto the cleaners the next morning, we checked out saturday the 19th of march without ever seen a receptionist or meeting or hearing from the so called manager again, a number of emails and phone calls have been left unanswered since. The police has said there doing a full investigation, i hope nobody ever books this place again, so unproffesional. BEWARE.

Excellent accomodation. Would recommend. Rooms are always clean, with hygiene going further than at other rival hotels. Staff are very friendly, helpful and proffesional. The hotel is also dog friendly.

Friendly staff are the best thing about this place. No running cold water, broken taps, broken bath plug, torn fabric on the chairs, broken lamp shade by the bed, hard mattress, like sleeping on the floor. Place is in dire need of a refurbishment.
