The location of this hotel is good, but there is a café around the corner that creates a lot of noise, our room had only cold water, the breakfast was very poor, there is an unpleasant smell in the corridors.

Nice and helpful reception in this provincial town. Free wifi in the lobby also for non guests as one of the few placed in Polatsk. Reception allows to charge cell phones.
€ 20 for a single room. Unexciting but good value for money. Indoor café.

Room (suite) was renovated in an awful manner which crashes all would-be-dream stylish details of the past. High ceiling cut down twice in height, holding “modern” (i.e. Chinese trash design) bulbs. Anticipated real oak floors should be either stolen or nailed over by cheap plastics...More
From outside the hotel looks exactly as it should look like: Stalin's empire style building with pillars, large windows and granite stages. Spacious hall, broad staircase with red carpet, big restaurant, polite staff. And room price is very moderate.
