Four of us visited the hotel restaurant for a meal and was not a good experience. One of us had a chicken dish which was raw and pink in the middle, and another had a chicken dish that was totally dry and over-cooked. We were offered a replacement meal, but at no time was an apology offered. A totally disappointing...

We stayed 2 nights at the hotel when we were walking the GR5. It is very conveniently located. We were able to stay a second night as it is possible to return from Bramans after a day's walk down the valley. The hotel arranged for us to be dropped off at Bramans to continue. We had a comfortable room. The...

A group of 20 of us stayed in this hotel and ate in the restaurant and were treated exceptionally well, the service was fantastic and Stefano the chef and his team were attentive to our every need. We've now booked to stay here again three times this summer and I can't wait to return. Stefano even had the good grace...

If you're set on staying in Val Cenis and only have a two star budget then you should put this hotel on your shortlist. The staff were all extremely friendly, pleasant and helpful. There's no lift but a porter willingly took all our cases up the stairs. The rooms are undeniably small (use collapsible suitcases to squeeze under the bed,...

Old style hotel with old style service and attitude. We spent here weekend for one very good event in Val Cenis - Tous en Piste, this hotel was assigned to us without our choice and I do not want to go never back there - to this hotel. Restaurant nothing special.

We were on a motorcycling tour around Europe. The first thing we were shown on arrival was the secure garage where we could park the bikes. The proprietor couldn't have been more helpful. We had a choice of rooms that were clean. Dinner and breakfast were both excellent. Would certainly recommend this hotel.

Stayed as single occupancy in a double room, ok for one but would have been small for two. Clean, warm and quiet. Disappointed with the blanket / eiderdown, would have preferred a duvet. Soap and shower gel / shampoo provided. Free reliable internet. Restaurant was good and always busy with non residents. Buffet breakfast was adequate with usual items, different breads,meat,cheese,cereals,fruit,yogurts,different...
