Lovely atmosphere, staff helpful, polite and friendly. Beautifully and tastefully decorated. Rooms are stylish, spacious and very comfortable. Food is superb, and a good range. Regular chamber concerts promoted by Absolute Classics.

Food was really nice although my daughters fish & chips in kids menu was bigger than mines at £11 ago but once I explained this to waitress they took it away and gave me new plate though by the time I got it my family had finished theirs. Food was however nice & fresh so would revisit....

Perfect mix of quality, style, service with a relaxed, cool vibe. The staff from the managers, Alasdair and Cathy, through to Vivian and the team, make you feel so welcome and valued. The food is excllent; this was a brilliant "find"; very, very highly recommended!

The bathroom, well stocked with shampoos, soaps etc was also clean and of...

Far too expensive and really not...

Food both evenings were very good and the wine list good for a rural hotel. A great deal of money has been spent on this hotel, but without the exceptional young staff this...
