Stayed on a B&B basis and I have to say it was worth the wait! We had tried booking last year but were unsuccessful in securing a room and I can see why! The room we had was large, spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and cooked just the way I liked it (no complaints from my other half either), so all good. If you're not sure of what is available, do call - Michelle is very helpful and within reason, can be flexible. A great place, in a lovely location. PS - it's not just a B&B there are also self catering lets available!

Staying at the Bodrean Manor Farm was like being in an episode of The Darling Buds of May. Our room was cosy and had all the little useful amenities that so many B&B's don't think about (shampoo / hairdryer / good biscuits etc). Our host was lovely, easy-going and friendly. The breakfast was spot on and I think it was great value for money. I would definitely stay again.

We stayed two nights b&b in the farmhouse. Quiet location no traffic noise but access to A39. Convenient for passing through or touring the area. Very comfortable good sized room and bathroom (Couture) and great breakfast.

We enjoyed three nights in this traditional Cornish farmhouse. Our room was comfortable and well appointed. Michele and Andy were excellent hosts. There were good choices for breakfast and the food was well cooked and presented. We would definitely recommend.

A beautiful farm setting with peace and quiet all around. Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. Charming hostess who cooked up a delicious breakfast. An ideal base from which to explore the best bits of Cornwall. Generous in every sense of the word.

We were very comfortable in the trap house, everything was included that we would need. The owner gave us some eggs from the farm chickens and asked us to let her know if we needed anything. We were never disturbed and enjoyed roaming the farm lanes and seeing the farm animals and the pheasants etc. We also went swimming on our visit to Falmouth and enjoyed some interesting places in Cornwall including Truro.

We stayed at Bodrean Manor for 4 nights and we couldn't have chosen a better place as our base for exploring Cornwall. Day trips to Helston and the Lizard; St Ives, Lands End and Penzance, and the Truro and Newquay areas were easy given the location of the B & B. The house was immaculately clean throughout. Our bedroom, with its super-king double bed, was ideal with all the amenities that we required including tea/coffee making. The bed was very comfortable. Strictly speaking the room was not en suite but given that the bathroom door was immediately next to the bedroom door and both doors were behind a curtain on the landing it was effectively en suite. There was a small guest lounge upstairs which was ideal as we were staying there with friends. Breakfasts were superb. The…

First the essentials, place is very clean, bed is comfortable. Breakfast is wonderful and the owners are charming. End of report. Lets pad the report out a bit. I was fortunate to arrive in daylight . It would have been a much more daunting journey in the dark. The drive is long ( and yes to the townie VERY long ) It could be very dark and the drive is rough . Driving slowly , because of the bumps , reckon nearly 4 mins. Difficult to get lost as the large signs are there and there are few places to go wrong. But must stress the journey has a very happy ending. Back to some positive features. Masses of storage space, huge bathroom with excellent shower. Separate small lounge near bedrooms with another tv , comfortable chairs . BB on a working farm , setting would be hard to…

We stayed here last week and loved the cosy farmhouse. The rooms were comfortable with their own bathrooms, and the owners were relaxed and very welcoming. The morning breakfast was great and they were very flexible about timings.
