We were so excited to go visit this museum but after seeing the entire museum in 10min our excitement was gone. It's pretty isolated specially if you're staying in la barra. Its a far drive. The restaurant has I believe 3 options. More like appetizers than anything else. It took a long time to get fries... not sure why. The...

This is an exclusively different and peaceful place to enjoy and relax in Uruguay. It offers isolation, solitude, silence, a unique stand in front of the sea, nature and most romantic sunsets. Summer may be ideal, but it is worthwhile in all seasons. The unusual and exotic architecture cascading on the rocks besides the sea was built by prominent local...

The place is amazing, a trully piece of art. With an incredible view! Having this, is unforgivable to have such a bad service. -extremely old home appliances... we were afraid to turn on the kitchen thinking it was gonna catch on fire. -they tell you to do the dishes, otherwise they charge a penalty fee ( 80 dolars); that would...

We reserved a room for 2 adults and our 8yr old child through their website. When we arrived, they wanted to give us a room with a baby crib. When we told them that would not work, they told us to wait that they would work to fix the problem. 2 hours later they told us it would cost $250/night...

Hotel accommodations are simple, yet clean and nice. If you are looking for comfort, food experience... this is not your best bet. However, if you are looking for art/cultural expression and a breath taking sunset view... WOW... perfect choice. I really believe the hotel could have some better structure and service. Breakfast is very simple, but it is ok.

This hotel was old, dark, musty, and dirty. There was no wifi. The television was so old my daughter didn't recognize it as a TV. The power went out at least 4 times during the night and the walls were very thin. Between that and the windows rattling, no one slept. Service in the restaurant was nonexistent. We waited 20...

Amazing view, stunning bedroom, clean, confortable and with bath tub. The staff was very gentle. The only problem is that the restaurant is closed once a week and you have to leave the hotel to eat (without car this is not that simple). Incredible experience, must have!

We stayed at Club Hotel Casapueblo for two nights, April 11 and 12, 2014. On the night of Sat.,April 12 there was a powerful storm which left the entire area (Punta Ballena) without electrical power. This hotel DOES NOT HAVE AN EMERGENCY GENERATOR. We had no lights in our bathroom and had to climb up nine floors of stairs lighted...
