I felt comfortable when i stayed here, meeting room and room is clean, the staff is friendly and the food so tasty. Worth it to stay with your famly here, too many actvties that you can try. Kids club, fishing, animal feeding, etc.
The location is very strategic, the room was great, the staffs are so friendly, all the foods are excellent. The spacious hotel makes me feel at ease. This hotel came highly recommended by me. Definitely will back soon.
Best hotel with nice view and spacious in Sentul Bogor, recommend to families holiday, Meeting, Incentive, Conference and Exhibition. Uniques decoration, design interior made staying comfortable & remarkable. Fresh and friendly service from all crew, especially with security guard.
Room was bad, walls, panels, and furnitures have scraches here and there, dents, damage, so it looked untidy. Food was really bad when I ordered a food for dinner and had rotten meats on satays. I thought this was an anomaly. The next day I ordered my dinner again... and surprisingly came out with another roten beef... OMG
I stayed at Aston Sentul Hotel for 4 days to attend an internal training from my company. The hotel building is unique with beautiful lake view. My room is for 2 person and so spacy and comfortable. The breakfast menu is delicious and so many dessert and drink choices. The staff are so helpful and friendly.
Last time i went to this hotel was May 2020, it was really concerning, but when I came back yesterday, Aston is back. The Meals are all tasty and delicious. The rooms are clean. The facilities are well prepared and the staffs are all friendly and helpful

I'm currently in Aston Lake Resort as I write this so that I can remember all the details. I checked in today 25 May 2022, with my parents and family. We have 2 suite rooms and 5 deluxe pool access rooms. So all together we have 7 rooms. I arrived before noon with my parents, there was nobody to greet us at the lobby. No staff in sight. I was waiting for someone to take our luggage, after a few minutes the bell boy showed up. Very slow. There should always be a number of staff standing by to assist guests. During check in front desk asked me and my father to register again via online which I found a hassle, I already did the bookings online, why do I have to do another work when I'm at the hotel already. My father was asked to pay for our 2 suite rooms and he did. And my father said he will be paying for our other family members rooms. Our rooms weren't ready so we left to have lunch nearby and came back when it's done. When we came back, we got the keys from the front desk and went to our rooms. I like the room, spacious and nice view. Someone from housekeeping came by to give me a fruit platter, and then someone came by again to check if I needed anything else, I mentioned that I needed more face/hand towels. A few minutes later 2 staffs from housekeeping showed up to give me the towels, they also asked if I needed anything else, their names were Nendi and Sidiq. Around late afternoon, I got a call from front desk that one of my brother has checked in and she wants my father to immediately pay for the rooms. Jesus, what a hassle. So my father did. During the evening, my mother told front desk she needs more coffee in the room and wants the room cleaned. She also put on the sign/light for housekeeping. We then left for dinner nearby. When we came back, my mom's room was still in the same condition and the used coffee cups were not washed/replaced and the coffee and teas were not refilled as she requested to the front desk. Also, a staff came to my father's room and insisted that he pay for my brother's meal during the evening at the coffee shop. My brother wanted to sign to the room but somehow that can't be done. This leave a bad taste because we have paid more than 40 million so far, can you stop rushing us to pay for everything immediately as if we're criminals who's going to run away. Jesus, we are still going to be here until the 28, just chill. I called front desk to ask what's the problem about not being able to sign food bill to the room when we're still staying here and he said because we haven't put down a deposit. We were not asked to pay a deposit for food when we checked in nor was that explained to us. Usually at other hotels, we sign to the room and pay later when we check out. We have never been asked to put down a deposit. I still have 2 more nights here. Will add more to the review later.…
Went there 4d/3n for family gathering, everything just perfect. We even got a complimentary upgrade to a suite! Breakfast buffet is great, very wide food selections and Mr. Carlo was so helpful during our stay. Definitely will comeback anytime soon!
The hotel view is amazing. From the lobby and the room, everything is refreshing. The room is good, variety tv shows and wifi is good. It is located next to Taman Budaya Sentul, lots of cafe and coffee shop nearby. The pool is quite big. They have 2 kids pool and 1 adult pool at the centre. I booked double bed since i have a kid. But they told me they only have twin bed and cannot provide double. They give me solution to make twin bed into double with sheets etc.. The breakfast are so much varied. They have refrigerators glass case for cold foods and drinks. Guests should not be worry about run out of food. They even have 2 egg stalls which sometimes can make queque during breakfast. Outdoor area near swimming pool. If you have kids, they can jump straight to pool after breakfast. The foods taste standard, nothing stand out beside variety. And at the kids corner, when i ask for fries and fried chicken, they told its only for kids. Of course I know its only for kids, cos its for 5 years old kid. Do they think 5 year old kid can make requests themself? Hotel sorroundings are great. You can walk to cafe and restaurants nearby Taman Budaya. Its lively even at night. Just a couple hundred meters away…
