We are a family of 4 with 2 kids. Stayed at Bayon for 2 nights. My initial airport pickup was slightly delayed and had to give a call to hotel. Hotel staff were very welcoming and really nice. The rooms were clean and roomy. The pool was clean and maintained well. Staff were very helpful and ensured that we are well taken care. I booked the tuk tuk visit to Angor through hotel. It was well managed. Also requested for a traditional khmer massage which was arranged well in the hotel spa. You can go to pub street and market or for indian food from hotel for standard charge of 2 dollars by tuk tuk. The Tuk tuk driver of hotel phekadey was very nice and helpful. Overall enjoyed our stay.

That staff were super friendly, showed real interest in helping with details. The room was very well appointed with a bath, large shower & regular bathroom fittings & the mini bar was exceptionally well stocked. The room was made up each day. The Swimming pool is lovely. I highly commend this establishment.

Stayed for a week in the hotel. Breakfast is amazing, room is spacious and is cleaned every day, water is always provided. Staff is very friendly, especially would like to thank Tavrak who helped with all the requests we had and everything was done in an excellent way. Thanks to Tom and Srei as well, I think you are great guys and it was a super wonderful stay to the extent we didn’t want to leave and actually extended our stay for 2 nights even though it wasn’t originally planned ;) the hotel is very well situated, we liked to walk from the hotel to the direction of city center and enjoy local food or just the weather and local life.

I had a wonderful experience staying at the Bayon Modern Residence. I received a very friendly greeting from the hotel driver who picked me up from a rather delayed flight. Arriving at the facility I was promptly greeted at reception with a welcome drink and brought to my room. The room was quite large with balcony and giant bathtub. The bed was comfortable and I slept well each night. The bathroom was spacious and well appointed. The hotel features a large breakfast buffet and made to order omelet station. It has a coffee bar for lattes and assorted beverages. I absolutely loved the large swimming pool in the center of the hotel. It has a tropical garden feel. There is a poolside cocktail bar where I enjoyed an expertly prepared cocktail. Above all what makes the Bayon Residence special is the amazing staff. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Many of the staff members remembered and called me by name. They often checked in to see if anything was needed and were happy to organize tuk tuk rides, give local recommendations and meet any needs. The gardeners create a special oasis. The plantings are extensive and beautifully kept. I noticed maintenance staff preparing decorations for the upcoming Khmer New Year. The cleaning staff work meticulously and the dining staff served delicious food. I particularly enjoyed conversations with the front desk staff, bartender and marketing manager. I highly recommend a stay and look forward to coming back on my next visit to Cambodia.…

My second time at bayon modern Friendly staffs best service & alway welcome with spc ( welcome home ) ..restaurant so clean and fresh close poolside. Delicious and many choices for breakfast. I’m alway spent time with family at pool bar ( happy hour ) but one get one free. Everything was perfect ❤️.I hope I’ll stay again and soon .

Everything about this hotel was perfect. Friendly, helpful and amazing staff, who cared about us 24/7 and always tried to make us feel “home”. Hotel was very nicely located - about a 5 minute tuk-Tuk trip to center of the city. The hotel also have its own tuk tuk drivers. We drove mostly with Mister Pen, who were amazing. Always wanted us to feel happy, as he said, and gave many recommendations for us to see and experience. - would also give credit to the rest of the drivers. Very friendly guys, who just wants you to have the best time In Siem Reap. Clean and big rooms. Nice and comfortable pool area. Good restaurant and breakfast buffet

Lovely hotel with very good location. Quiet, cleaned room, nice poolside. Staff so friendly, attentive and helpful. Breakfast, lunch and dinner so delicious. They also have happy hour buy one get one free. We were booked the three days tour by Solin, everying was great Mr. Chom the driver speak very good English. Will recommend this hotel to our friends.

What an amazing place this is. Wonderful, kind and attentive. Thank you to Thy, Sulin and Nga. They all can help you arrange transportation, tour and help with any of your needs. Hotel location was good, quite and have a big poolside, happy hour from 2pm-7pm everyday. Room so spacious with comfy bed. Breakfast was excellent. Stay here you won't be disappointed.

This is a really beautiful hotel. The pool is amazing, salt water and very clean! The staff were very friendly and welcoming and very helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious, we had a pool view balcony room which was lovely! The bed was huge and comfortable, the bathrooms were modern. The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of choice! My favourite was the pancakes! Thank you for making our stay special x x

Thank you to Bayon Modern Team for always take care me from the day checked in till checked out. Hotel have very good location closed to town. Staff was amazing and incredible , professional service and well trained. Room was so so comfortable, spacious and everyday cleaned. Breakfast wonderful and varied.
