The car must be left in a well-signposted car park near a petrol station and they will pick you up there with a jeep. Quick check-in, a cart brings guests and suitcases to your bubble, surprisingly comfortable for being in the middle of the desert. Comfortable bed with air conditioning, toilet, shower, sink, desk and two chaise longs. It's a shame that the window on the ceiling is closed with a blind that cannot be opened and that you can't see much from the plexiglass in front of the bed. Outside the luckiest bubbles have a hammock to see the stars. Good dinner and breakfast with a decent variety (let's take into account that we are in the middle of the desert). I recommend booking excursions independently and not through the structure. Overall everything would need maintenance, the price paid is too high for what it actually is.

We recently stayed at the UFO Luxotel and had a mixed experience.
The concept of staying in a bubble is innovative and intriguing. However, there were several areas that could be improved.
The lack of internet connection in the bubble was a significant inconvenience, and we noticed that the cleanliness of the room could be better maintained. Additionally, the absence of a TV and the limited availability of hot water (only from 5 PM to 11 PM and 5 AM to 11 AM) were drawbacks. On a positive note, the staff were accommodating, and the food was satisfactory, although it's worth noting that drinks are charged separately.
It's a unique place to stay, but be prepared for some compromises.

Beautiful and magical experience, even if the structure can improve. This is certainly dated and, as I have read in other reviews, the camp needs maintenance in some parts, however... it is in the middle of the desert! Even the plexiglass of our "bubble" was not so transparent to see outside well, but you can sit on the porch and certainly observing the starry sky or waiting for the sunrise is a beautiful experience. The room/bubble was spacious and spotless: in the middle of Wadi Rum there wasn't a speck of dust!!! 😉 The courtesy set with Dead Sea salt products was appreciated Good self-service lunch and dinner. The excursion in Range Rover until sunset was excellent

Located in a quiet desert location, the hotel is truly stunning, and the warm welcome of the staff also enhances your experience. This star-watching event is unforgettable, and the unique rooftop accommodation offers an extraordinary sense of relaxation. The hotel manager personally ensures that any problems are resolved quickly and demonstrates rewarding care.
UFO Luxhotel in Vadiram made our trip to Jordan a success. Excellent location, well-maintained facilities, being able to be so comfortable in the peace of the desert is a luxury. But I want to emphasize the attention of the staff (especially Mohammed) who, if possible, make our accommodation even more special. Please do not hesitate to reserve this hotel. Unforgettable memories PS: Star's night activities, I think it's almost a must 🙂

DO NOT STAY HERE ! Straight to the point: No wifi in the rooms/ Poorly maintained/ hot water is not 24 hrs, we need it to take a shower at 5 am in the morning before our air balloon experienced and we couldn’t because the water was freezing/ service is terrible / rooms smells like cigarets / actual value for a night here would be 15 euros. Don’t be fool by the pictures. Much better options than this. I always refer to rooms in Plural because we checked 3, and they were in the same conditions.

I had a really terrible experience at this "luxotel". The staff was extremely unhelpful during checkin and did not provide any help in booking a desert safari. They've outsourced their tours to a rather shady group of people who over charge people against the Wadi Rum park rules by trying to charge per person, not per vehicle. The camp was totally unhelpful when I arrived at their "meeting lounge". When we finally got a jeep tour it was really late in the day and we didn't have a chance to go very far into the desert.
The rooms themselves are quite dated and not well maintained. The shower is so small that you can barely fit into the door. The entire experience is like a one star property, but you pay the price of a 5 star property.

Stayed one night at UFO Luxotel, which I didn’t realize is co-owned by the Wadi Rum Bubble Luxotel and share much of the infrastructure. Place comes with high level of infrastructure and service considering the remote location and harsh environment. The rooms are larger than expected and clean with hot water and surprisingly good water pressure. The rooms are scattered across a large area connected by walking wood planks, offering privacy and little light distraction that enhances star gazing. The buffet meals do their job, offer more options than I would expect, but don’t expect 3- Michelin stars. The hotel is located outside the Wadi Rum national reserve (10-15 min drive), but I think that being outside the park allows for higher quality hotel experience than the tent camps inside the park. Would stay here again.

Positive:- Quiet without family parties, there''s street and camping transfer. Negatives :- Dinner is very plain and doesn't contain cooked chicken and rice and I don't like it, there are dogs barking at night near the tent, there's no restaurant wifi, only the reception area and around it, he uses scraps a lot in the rooms.

Family room for 3 people, the third bed was literally a sofa with a footrest converted into a bed. Assembled only with a bottom and a blanket. Heating does not work. It is sold as luxury, but it is a hotel that has fallen into disrepair during very low hours

No, not included. If you end up doing the jeep tour and you would like to tip the driver/guide, make sure you do that before you get back to the camp, otherwise the head of drivers will take it for himself
There are more places to choose from in the Wadi Rum Village area.
