This was our third visit to the campsite as a family of 4. It is a small, friendly and well spaced campsite with great facilities. The children loved the farm wildlife with the cows and sheep in the surrounding fields, (as it is part of a working farm). They spotted Poppy the Pig on their way down to the river and the chickens around the back of the kitchen. The children's playground with the play house kept them amused for hours! The shower facilities are not only free, but were always immaculately clean with hot water. The kitchen was stocked with everything a camper could need and had a microwave and washing machine. Ruth, the site owner couldn't be more helpful. I can't recommend this site highly enough. I am impressed every time I stay.

We initially visited for 3 nights in August, we had such a great time that we stayed an extra night! The campsite was really well kept and the facilities were immaculate. the numbers were reduced (due to covid) but the site was very friendly and all the kids had a great time. The site is perfrctly placed to enjoy all the local attractions and yet be quiet and calming.

We have just stayed 4 nights at this wonderful site. Facilities are the best I’ve seen and kept spotless. The ladies had two showers and two toilets as did the men’s although for COVID reasons only one person is allowed in. There is also a baby changing/disabled toilet. They have a kitchen for dishes etc with a fridge freezer and a washing machine, again spotless. A lovely quiet site and very well maintained. The owners never stop to keep the site in good condition and always with a smile. There is a pub about 20 minutes walk away. It’s about 40 minutes walk into Malton. We cannot fault this site and will definitely be returning.

We were lucky enough to drive into the campsite when passing having seen a sign. Luckily there was a pitch free. The site is small, has fields adjacent for dog walks, a lovely little Wendy house for the kids and a play area. All very Covid aware and prepared with gel and Julia Donaldson themed signs. Friendly staff, friendly fellow campers, amazingly clean facilities and a shower that beats most hotels. We definitely recommend and would return.
