Classic contemporary hotel and restaurant concept. Small characteristic hotel in the middle of the Ardennes. Warm atmosphere, professional service We choose the venison menu. Especially the wild boar main course was superbly prepared. Interesting cheese platter with only Belgian cheeses!! Nicely appointed spacious bedroom. Wine and diner pricing is reasonable. We found the hotelroom rate rather high. Overall a pleasant...

Nothing hideous despite the name: the hotel and restaurant serve the guests with a whiff of the past world style but always managing the right touch, it seems. We stayed for a night and due to our limited time missed out on great guided walks in the beautiful nature around the hotel. Hotel itself offers an inside pool, hamam and...

We stayed here for one night on the way down to Southern France. We were warmly welcomed and had a very comfortable room. Really enjoyed the little pool for a refreshing swim! Dinner was excellent if a little expensive. I expect if you are staying longer they may do a half board rate.

And as always superb meals, the Cannette and the Selle d'Agneau were to die for. Magnificent almost entirely Belgian cheeseboard. Washed down with a 2005 Corton Bressandes. One cannot recommend this destination highly enough. We will return very soon

I would think the reviews of this hotel differs by the age of the traveles :) We are a younger couple (in our 30s) that loves to travel to unique locations that offers something you don't experience every day. Auberge du Moulin Hideaux is just that. The hotel itself is located in a tranquil garden and has a beautiful fasade...

This is the only relais and Chateau in Wallonia and it's been here for many, many years. The location is ideal, set on a stream that flows down through a wood. The grounds are immaculate and the welcome warm. They should maybe warn guests that there is barely any mobile phone service and that WiFi is only available in some...

Hidden away in forest close to the river Semois... quiet place, excellent service, laid back, AND top notch kitchen. Absolutely recommended for mountainbikers and nature lovers who want to discover the region and enjoy a luxury stay.

We stayed for the weekend (two nights). The venue is great and the surroundings beautiful. Unfortunately, there were far too many things which had a negative impact in our stay, things that you don't expect when you stay in a Relais & Châteaux paying very high rates. There is no mobile connection due to the location of the hotel and...

Situated in a wooded area, this former mill has been a hotel for many years. The interior rooms are tastefully decorated, the room spacious and well appointed. The highlight has to be the restaurant with a chef who is creative, assusted by attentive staff. While there is wifi in public rooms, a hotel of this class must offer wifi in...

We stayed twice at the charming Auberge during 2015 and will return again once it reopens. Family run, comfortable and beautifully located in the forest outside Bouillon. An excellent restaurant with a Michelin rosette, it has been in the family for many years and the quality is easily that of a two rosette restaurant. Inventive use of herbs and flowers...
