This place is beautiful, my wife and I used to love to come here before she passed. Its haunted, every night after Mildred would retire, a tall ghost of a man with a massive beard would appear and he would walk towards me. A lonely lost wandering spirit he was, hope he finds his peace. He was not ill intentioned.

Service was very good, facilities are nice but I don't care for being charged 2 days parking when I checked in at 4PM and checked out the next morning at 7:30AM (15.5 hours total stay). Bathroom tub had stains. Ok for a Motel 6 but not for a hotel that calls itself a 5 star

I always have a great stay when I am here. From the welcome margarita (with local honey) to the fantastic staff support it is always a please to stay here. The atmosphere is terrific, so quiet you can hear the coyotes at night occasionally. Very restful and I'm always refreshed when staying here.

We had our 30th Anniversary weekend at Tamaya with 60 people and it was wonderful. The facilities are top-notch, and the staff was incredible. One big plus was the horseback ride on property which many of our guests took advantage of.

This was our third visit to the Tamaya resort so clearly something is drawing us back. Our room (supposedly with a balcony) was very nice but nothing special. The balcony was about 8" deep so it was basically useless. We spent four nights here and they never changed the sheets - that was their new policy. I can understand every...

This is a beautiful Southwestern charm! It feels like a real vacation even though its close to home! The hotel is beautifully decorated and smells like the wilderness. It is tucked into a valley, just west of the Sandia Mountains. The views are wonderful. The food, delicious!
