Best garden in town. The service was great, the rooms were clean. You can tell the staff is dedicated to their jobs, and they have cultivated a strong community around them. With affordable rates and access to all services that the park has to offer, they are happy to accommodate any needs.

One of the best hostels/hotels I've ever been! Each person paid 700 RS. for the night including breakfast. But also the fresh food which you can order is very delicious and is not that expensive. Moreover the staff is so friendly and hospitable. I would definitely stay there again :)

We arrived on a budget and so booked the cheapest room/cottage which was ok. It had hot water in the evenings & mosquito nets provided. However, we both got bedbugs which wasn't great. Loads of bites. Also a civet cat was living in our roof and it ate the ceiling while you slept, which was noisy but guess it can't...

Very comfortable room, with air conditioning, shower and plenty of hot water. Beautiful garden full of birds with trees, shrubs and flowers all planted to attract them - Oriental Pied Hornbills were visiting when I was there! Friendly and very helpful staff. The lodge offers the services of well-informed bird and nature guides. The food was delicious. Attractive dining room...

Stayed here for 3 nights and loved every second! Large garden teeming with wildlife, friendly staff who continually go above and beyond (when I realised I had left my sunglasses on the bus from Pokhara a staff member immediately hopped on a motor bike to the bus park to take/help me find them!) and fab guides. Hope to return again,...

I have just had the pleasure of spending 3 nights here whilst going in to the national park. The lodge is very well positioned about 3 minutes walk from the entry point to the park and the grounds are an oasis for relaxing in and seeing a mass of bird life. Tina Ram Giri is a genial and incredibly knowledgeable...

We booked the cheapest room type and the room itself was fine for the price. Dark and old with half the window panes not actually closing, but nothing too bad. You could hear the person next door breathing, but we thankfully got a quiet single neighbor. The room was the only decent thing. Here are the bad things: - we...

I was so happy with my stay at Chitwan Gaida Lodge. The staff seem to know exactly what each guest needs which is quite rare and wonderful. Privacy or conversation... they are attentive and friendly but also respectful of space. It wasn't long before they knew which beverage I preferred and nothing was ever too much trouble. Beautiful grounds and...
