While the staff were full of hope about the future, we wondered what, if anything, would be re-built. We have now seen the replacement facility; it,...

The food was excellent every single time with a new menu daily keeping things fresh. We went on the cultural tour where we enjoyed some local homemade beer and visited a sangoma. We went...

Pleasant people, very good service and food and a comfortable lodge. Very good hiking trails in an demanding environment. We loved it. Look forward to come back in Summer when the garden is in full action.

We recently stayed here 3 nights in a mountain chalet and took the honeymoon package as we were celebrating our anniversary. Its just about 45km from the Caledonspoort border crossing. The rooms are large and well fitted out, the bathroom was massive and we had a lovely balcony and sit out with complete privacy. There was a fireplace, TV with...
