We chose the Lamb Inn for the second half of our holiday. It is in a small village not far Bourton on the Water. The bedroom floor is uneven but this only adds to its charm. The breakfast was good. We ate there on our last evening and the food was really good.. On the list to stay at again.

We spent two nights in a spotlessly clean and comfortable two room suite with large windows looking out onto the garden. (Best shower of our trip.). We were greeted by our friendly host, Paul, who showed us to our room. Arriving in time for an early dinner, we chose to sit at the bar and watched a dart competition (the... More

The Lamb Inn was a very comfortable and welcoming country Inn. We had the king room which did in deed have a very nice and comfortable king size bed, plenty of room and a modern nicely fitted out bathroom. Staff very friendly & helpful. Stayed here for 2 nights in 'the stables'. Rooms were lovely and full of character. The pub is wonderful, friendly staff, great food and drinks. Plenty of choice at breakfast, staff can't do enough for you. Great location to explore the Cotswolds.

We had a really lovely meal here. Pretty village. Service was great, efficient and friendly. Food was delicious, well presented and really ample portions. Menu was typical pub and gastric pub food. Good range of choice so everyone found something they liked.

Just returned from a two-night midweek break at this friendly and characterful country inn. We chose the Rissington Suite, which is quiet, cosy and comfortable with a large bed, a small but satisfactory shower-room en-suite and a separate sitting area. The food is excellent and the wines reasonable. Tuesday was Darts evening, and we enjoyed the obvious 'local' atmosphere: Wednesday was... More
