I have had 5 nights here at this hotel and been quite happy The hotel clean and of a good standard the room was clean good bed nad great pillows and 4 of them The bathroom was ok clean towels each day mini fridge tea and coffee and bottled water each day The hotel as others have said is not easy to find but the Starbucks next door is a good reminder there are plenty of smaller shops and cafes,bakerys close by and there is a market only 10 min walk from hotel near stop1 public transport close by too The staff while English is limited are very good helpful and polite and always greet you on your way in and out The breakfast is servred about 3-5 min walk up the road and is limited but the choice is enough to start thr day off and i found the food to be fresh and cooked to order you can walk to many diffrent shopping places from here including Mega City about 15 min walk I would stay here again most impressed…

Positive site- Location nearby the Banqiao station (10~15mins walk). Need for improvement- If you are sensitive to the noise, it is highly recommend to select other hotel or ask any room not facing the main road and MRT railway. The room also need to consider for refurbishment since it has run down over period of time. The hotel do not provide breakfast at coffee house but they do provide voucher to redeem at MOS burger which is not far away.

This hotel is very good value for money. Budget price but the facilities were much higher quality. The TV includes a large selection of VOD movies, all recent and all for free. The bathroom was big and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were adequate, not overly friendly or memorable. Breakfast was a voucher for Yoshinoya nearby which was also adequate, but not enough if you're really hungry. However there are breakfast places in the backstreets behind the hotel. About 5 mins walk to Xinpu MRT Station, 10 mins to Banqiao MRT, train, high speed rail and bus stations. Good as an alternative location to being in Taipei City, or if you are based in Banqiao. The nearby Lin Family Mansion and Gardens are a must see, and there is plenty of shopping in the nearby Banqiao CBD. I would stay here again.…

We had 3 people to the room which was clean. Had slippers, builtin soap and shampoo dispenser. It also had a frig, hot water boiler, bottled water, nice tea bags and coffee. The bed was firm. Bathroom was nice. It also had wifi internet and a flat screen TV. I think the TV had cable channels and movies on demand (not for sure since we did not watch any TV). It also included a breakfast from a restaurant next to the hotel. The hotel is at a good location, access to many attraction. The hotel is closer to the 新浦 station but also close enough to walk to from the more central 板橋 station. The price was $2,080 TWD on a weeknight. Quite reasonable for 3 people.

Stayed there for a week in November 2013. The price was cheap and the room was very clean. Breakfast place is separate from the hotel. You need to walk a short distance into the small street nex to the hotel. The hotel is in a walking distance to Xinpu MRT station (around 300m.) and on the opposite direction you can also reach Banqiao Train Station by feet too (around 800m.) Nearby areas are shops, restaurant, hotels and small night market. I count it as one of the very convenient areas I've ever stayed. One thing I don't like about the room is the sound proof. I could hear sound from outside street and maoning sound from the room next door sometimes. =_= Otherwise, all are perfect.

Friends and I stayed here for twice. Both time we enjoyed our stay very much. Fist of all, staffs are friendly and do speak fluent English that helps a lot. Second, the location is excellent! The hotel is very near to mrt station that get access to anywhere in Taipei city. there is a night market near by that you can find all traditional Taiwanese food and low price souvenir. Last but not least, the room was clean spacious and quiet. Nothing is better than get a good rest after playing for whole day!

The room wasn't big but it was nicely decorated and felt modern yet cozy. There was a nice big flat screen TV. There was a small crack on the wall though and everything gets soaked in the bathroom/toilet as there isn't a shower curtain. Shampoo / conditioner / body soap is provided. Faint street noises can be heard even on the higher floor but not terribly distracting. Some people may use this hotel for "resting" so there may be the faint noise of people doing it but it's not too loud. Pretty good location close to MRT BL3 "XinPu" (新埔)station of Blue/Banqiao Line, maybe less than 5 minutes on foot. The location is not "central" but it takes less than 1/2 hour to get to the busy/shopping areas without transferring and about an hour from the airport via taxi (about 1000 NT one way). It is easy to travel via the MRT. The train station is also within walking distance. There are convenient stores with ATM machines, a few food stands that opens til late, a drugstore (Watson's), and a few restaurants right there. Hot complimentary breakfast sandwiches with hot or cold drinks can be picked daily and delivered to the door (hung on the door handle outside) at the time designated the night before. They taste okay. Overnight laundry is cheap (100 NT for a pretty large basket). The night staff was extremely helpful. She helped to print out train time and called around to find out information on how to get to Taroko and went out of her way to provide helpful suggestions.…
