The resort was beautiful, tropical, flowers everywhere and traditional buiding styles, it transported us. We were in a beachfront room which were large and full of amenities with sliding glass doors right on the beach. Very comfortable and great air conditioning a must during this time of year. Beach was accessible and walkable, pool is large with plenty of chairs. Main restaurant has good variety, concierge knowledgeable and very helpful Rida in particular was amazing. Pool Bar and Restaurant is good, service is slow but you are on island time and you have to get it yourself, no lounge service. Nice dinner buffets a couple nights a week with music. Finally special dinner casitas for a private and romantic evening. We really enjoyed our time and would definitely go back. It is on the quiet side of the island so if nightlife is what you are looking for this is not your place.…

I spent with my wife 5 nights at Thavorn Beach Hotel. We were so impressed about surrounding, the breathtaking garden. Congratulation!!! Pool - clean, temperature perfect! Breakfast with more than enough variety. All-in-all surrounding, meals, service, friendliness of staff was superb. Easy access by taxi to down-town (400 bath). I ihgly recommend it! Miklos (Hungary)

Our stay at this resort was AMAZING. The nicest and most accommodationed staff you can ask for.... Jan and Katt at the Pool area were AWESOME. This is a must go to resort. The grounds were amazing and well kept. The room was great and comfortable.

A great place to stay towards the end of your holiday in south east Asia. it is very pricey and expensive and also very luxurious and beautiful. The beach is private however, it is not particularly sandy. The rooms are individual cabins and are spacious. The bathrooms are also spacious. It got to the point where I really did not want to leave the resort area. However, there is only 2 dining areas for dinner and both are pricey. After a while it got a little tiring with the same menu over and over every evening. All staff are helpful and thoughtful.

What a fun time at the Crocodile Bar. Jan and Kat took such good care of me at the bar and pool. Bar had different buffets, music entertainers and fire dancers. The bar tender seemed to be very stressful during happy hour. Everyone one else was pleasant.

An absolutely beautiful hotel with extensive gardens and walks full of impressive statues. A huge swimming pool that meanders around the hotel and poolside accomodation as well as its own beach area. We had a super friendly welcome from Rida and Donut in reception who efficiently helped with any queries and requests we had during our stay and all the other staff were ever smiling and friendly. We had a hillside room which was very spacious, clean and well appointed. The pool bar/restaurant served up one of the best pizzas we have had anywhere although if there was any aspect of the hotel offer that we felt could be improved it was the evening restaurant food quality. Breakfast was buffet style with a massive choice but the evening restaurant gave us our 2 worst meals in Thailand and one of the best (slow cooked Massaman Beef was outstanding). However overall it would be churlish not to award Thavorn 5 stars because overall it still deserves it and we are definitely talking about coming back.…

We had a relaxed Holiday in the Thavorn Beach. The Personal was every Tine very friendly and helpfull. Our Room was big and we had a big doble bed and air condition. The shower Room was also big out of aircondition. We had sometimes Gekkos in our Room they have eaten the Moskitos. And in the Shower Room we had some aints. But ist was for us no Problem between so many beautyful flowers its i guess normaly to have some insects. Its a verry beautiful Hotel with a lot flowers. Its on a Good Place with a Shuttlebus to Patong Beach in about 20 Minutes. There you can eat verry good and cheap. In the Hotel is the Lunch or Dinner verry good but expensiv. We were snorkeling every day about an hour. There is no Riff and not many Fish, but iff you look long you will see nice Oceanlife. You only cane go snorkeling iff the wather is high enough. Thats usually in the Morning until 11.00 - sometimes 14.00. Its a quite Resort good to Relax. The own thing for us was little difficult we didnt know when the roomservice its comming. It was every day an other time. This would be nice iff it is allways around the same time. …

Wonderful place, cozy and exclusive - Loved the pool and access to the beach. Friendly & caring staff - we did not feel like going out of the hotel. The food at the restaurant and the crocodile bar was awesome. I would definitely recommend it for families.
