The Mu is like a luxury eco guesthouse on top of a cliff. The view is simply magic and the food (ice cream & juice) is natural, tasty and fresh. The only drawback is that you cannot use the pool as an external guest.. Sad but you can't blame them, it's not a cliff club! :)

Part of our Bali trip was 7 nights at Mu resort. Not what I was expecting, but a very pleasant place to stay. 5 of us (2 couples and a single) shared one of the 2 villa's available just outside of the main resort. This was excellent, a really nice place to stay. The whole area is pretty quiet, and...

The decor is really charming. Open air bathroom. Lots of monkeys in the morning. Spa services were ok. Yoga was good. We stayed for three nights. We had to leave early because our bungalow had lots of ants, including in the bed, and we were not able to sleep. Dinner was not good but breakfasts were nice. The first night...

My wife and I and another couple stayed at the Mu for a week. Very nice smaller resort. Neat bungalows style accommodations. Staff was very friendly, The facility and grounds are very well kept. Housekeeping was top notch. Food was fantastic. If you decide to eat your dinner at the resort you will join the other travellers around a family...

First of all, quiet and beautiful resort with international crowd. The Mu is on a cliff above the beach. Not the best beach, mainly surfers(difficult access and rather dirty) so not where you want to be if you want walking distance swimming beach access. Our children had the Tenggiri bungalow (by the entrance, huge terrace, kitchen we had the Matahari...

We spent four nights at At MU in a 3-bed villa. The location and views are amazing but the place itself is very rustic and basic. Not the quality you would expect for the price compared to other similar style accommodation in Bali. There were no fans in the restaurant or communal areas of the villa which meant it was...

We booked a weekend trip for a couple from Singapore. If you like rustic luxury then this is the place for you. The location is perfect if you want a quiet getaway, the staff attentive and friendly and the villas beautiful. There's a spectacular view out across the water, and plenty of lounging spots to enjoy it from. What really...

We stayed in the Cliff room at Mu for four nights on our honeymoon this month. While the view is spectacular, and the pool area stunning, sadly Mu doesn't live up to its potential. We live in a rainforest in Australia, so we are no strangers to nature, but the cliff room is just rundown. Tiny ants crawled into our...

The first thing you experience when entering the property is the fantastic views from the top of the cliff, one of the best views at Bingin Beach. The hotel is small, with maybe 12-13 rooms, so it will not feel crowded, and thats great. Rooms are very "back to basic" with only the necessary things, so forget luxury, but they...
