Dear GM and service team of Sheraton Taoyuan. I am a titanium elite # Many thanks for making our weekend stay here safe, clean and fun I celebrated my birthday with my family and friends here. We stayed in room 916 and 920 respectively I wish to give special mention to 2 of the great service staff who made our stay here very memorable and gave us peace of mind namely Kevin and Justin We checked in straight after crab catching in the 新屋绿步道. We, especially my 3 kids, arrived hotel wet and sandy. The house keeper, Kevin was very swift to provide us the extra towels and blankets for the night. He was also kind enough to vacuum our room when we inform him of the sands in room On sunday, when we were in the swimming area, I noticed Justin was diligently testing the water quality of the various pools and he was enforcing and ensuring the kids were following water safety rules- no running, no walking across pool, wearing cap while in water etc. These actions gave us parents great ease of mind. Thank you for making our stay here fun and safe. Sheraton Taoyuan is really a great hotel for weekenders with kids. It is people like Kevin and Justin that make members like us feeling relaxed and at home. Lots of gratitude to the friendly and professional service team of Sheraton Taoyuan. Thank you!! …

This is the part one of my review as I have so much good things to say about this hotel. I am on a business trip in Taiwan and I have been staying at Sheraton Taoyuan Hotel for almost 2 months now and still counting. Because of the coziness of the room and the friendliness of the hotel staff, I feel like I am home and well taken care of. First of all, I would like to thank Andy Hsu, the hotel's assistant front office manager from the Front Office. He always have the initiative to assist and is super helpful. The other members from the front office were also very nice and friendly - namely Allen, Don, Paul, Jerry, Karen, Johnny & Elaine. Kudos to their front office manager Evelyn for managing a great team! I have just accessed the lounge recently and I admire the great customer service skills from the lounge service agents Jack, Jealen & Isabel. They always go beyond the extra mile! Take note that even if they all wearing face masks due to the COVID-19, I know that behind those masks, they are happily smiling. Keep it up guys! Thanks to the operators Michael, Jannel, Hasna & Teri as well. And to the concierge drivers, Peter, Pu, Paul , Rudy & Jacky, they don't just drive me to and from the hotel but also give me a very nice conversation during the ride. Rudy is a great pianist too! Except the poor location, this hotel is generally good. Especially there is a grat swimming pool, and it is the major reason I like this hotel. The other things about the room facility, service, and the bed quality is good and the staff are always nice and very nice to provide the info as they can.

My family and I spent a night at Sheraton Taoyuan Hotel on Oct 8th, and this was our very first visit to the hotel. The front desk staff Mr. Paul Yap checked us in. He was impressively friendly and helpful when addressing my inquiries during the check-in process, which I think is highly commendable. In addition, food options and service quality offered at the lounge during Happy Hour and at the breakfast added another big plus. We also enjoyed a few other hotel facilities like the SPA and the Kid's club. Overall, we had a great time at the hotel, and we are planning to pay another visit shortly.

The staff are friendly and helpful, and can try their best to reach the requirement. Due to COVID-19, the lounge quality and food service can't compare with the pre-COVID time. All is good but the location and the surrounding environment will quite disappoint the visitors if you would like have the night life and fun.
