A friend booked this accommodation for 3 of us. Checking in was professionally done, we were whisked to our rooms, while our luggages took an elevator trip to the 3rd floor. This was in contrast to another accommodation where we had to heave our bags up 3 floors. The room was clean, bright and had ample bath towels and face towels. Toilet was well equipped and reminded me of japanese style toilets with pleasantly scented shampoos and body soap. On the second floor is a common area where soft drinks are provided free of charge, including instant noodles (yes free!). There is also a hot and cold water dispenser there, complete with tea/coffee making facilities. We were also impressed with the daily cleaning conducted by staff. All cleans were sanitised and thoroughly cleaned... and the smell of a very clean hospital room lingers for a while. 👍 The staff are friendly and very helpful. Location wise, this is the best. Just wait for nightfall; and the street stalls are just at the door step. Highly recommended!

This is a review for trip last year. I booked hotels at Kenting too late to have many choices due to public holidays in TW at the same time. This one was the last better choice but very expensive to be honest.... it was at nice location right on the street of Kenting but it was just a Hostel not really a hotel. Room is just okay and clean. I prob will not recommend this one if you got other better choices...

Initially we wanted to say here but there are no lifts to get to the family rooms. So the elderly stayed next door at Richforest and the youngsters stayed 157. It was an awesome room for the bunkbed unit at ground floor. The shared toilets was clean but it may get crowded because of the limited cubicles. Many snacks and water are available at the reception for free.

I’m Glad I stayed here. It’s a pretty new accommodation compared to the ones beside. The staffs are so Friendly and they make me feel at home. Bed was comfortable. Not too soft. Location is strategic! It isn’t noisy for the single stay room. Perhaps there’s not a lot of guest due to the Low season. With that, I get to use the bathroom all by myself. Towels are provided. I would stay here again if I’m travelling solo. Do rent a motorbike from “SYM” or electric bike to travel around if you can. This is the best way to travel around in kenting.

We travelled all around Taiwan and we found this hotel by far the best value for money. A very nice place with excellent staff even when communication wasn't always easy in English. They put a lot of afford in to make us feel comfortable, there are many little extras like a free mini bar, swan shaped towels on the very comfy bed etc. The only small negative was the shower that would need a bit more cleaning. There is no breakfast provided in this hotel but they offer free tea and coffee, also coke and other soda drinks, cookies and even pot noodles for you 24/7. Shops and restaurants are straight outside the door, the location is really perfect. Even though the hotel is right in the middle of the town it was not noisy and we could sleep really well. Another bonus was the free laundry service that is offered (they do it all for you by 8pm the next day). We really loved this place and can recommend it to everyone!

I picked up this hotel just because I had no other choices at Kenting.... I start making my reservation few days before my arrival but unlucky I have met the holidays. I tried to find some hostels nicer but there is none.... this one is just OKAY as a hostel but not a boutique hotel at all. I can tell there is something else better than this one and if you have more options, you would better look around then. But I would like to say the employees there are nice and friendly. The location is great right at the Main Street. But there is just too many better hostels...:.

We travelled a group of four from Kaohsiung, Kenting, Hualien and Taipei. This hotel is the most expensive but in terms of room space and service level it is the worst. You could find a better hotel with this range of pricing. One of the staff took quite a long time to just check us in. We provide booking details and even personal details to the inexperience staff at check-in counter but she told us she could not find our details. Luckily another staff came and help and managed to find our room reservation. Lots of scratches on walls without proper maintenance.

The first room was a double bed next to the outdoor common balcony. Very loud! Seemed dark in this room. The second room was a single bed on the backside of building. Much quieter. Unfortunately, the time I stayed was spring break and a major holiday so on average I paid $100 a night for at least 5 days. I planned on diving and got sick after the first day there. I loved the location. Right in the heart of a busy street. Easy walk to nearby beach 5min and 10 min walk to Ceasars hotel beach. This hotel didn't provide brekkie which was disappointing for the price I paid. Other hotels thoughout my time provided brekkie. They did offer free coffee, water and snacks. Snacks are like 7-11 crap I wouldn't eat period but it was something. The room was small, nothing fancy. The lighting seems cool but the bathroom was tiny and their seemed to,be a lot of ants. Lots of issues with English and staff. All employees answered my questions or they tried very hard to answer them! On several, occasions, the staff would use the computer to try and communicate with me.. they all tried so,hard to answer all my questions! Also, they assisted me with phone calls many times. I'm sure I was annoying but they were all so nice to me!

Incredibly high standard accommodation for the relatively low price. Best location.....in the heart of a bustling strip with markets shops restaurants and bars. Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bedding and modern facilties. Sun roof to socialize and watch kenting go by Free water and snacks 24/7 Can not recommended this hotel high enough. Stay here!

Not difficult to find with it's distinctive exterior. Staffs are helpful and some would give you a very 'local' feel. Room was very clean and much nicer than expected (bunk-bed bedroom for two). A tv to each bed, and small basin is available in the room. Seen reviews on other amenities that some rooms could be noisy at night, but that won't be a problem for this hotel. We were given the second room from the entrance and did not hear anything from the street. Hotel provides complimentary snacks - tidbits, instant noodles and drinks (coffee, tea etc) as well. There is a nice sitting area on the second level over-looking the street. Bathrooms are equipped with shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer. It's not too far from bus stops as well.
