This is my first time, and there will be more! SPA is great! I spent the whole afternoon in their SPA. There was a volume issue with the TV in my room, The soon offered me another room after trying to fix it. Eventually they gave me some presents to make up since I love the original room. Without saying anything. That’s very nice. Will come again!

Resort has an small arcade room with claw machines. They also have air pistols, archery and table tennis for you to play. Need to pay. Table tennis is free. There is a basketball court too. Was worried that this place will be boring for my boys at night but ended up they had fun there! Hot spring outdoor was great with the view. Amazing. Nice. You can get towels from basement for use at the hot spring. Many locals visit this place. I guess I was there during weekday so it was not crowded which makes it great for soaking in the hot spring. Dinner was not bad. Generally most food ok if not too choosy. I would consider them acceptable. But the fish was "silly". We were a group of 6 and the fish was only half a fish. First time being served half a fish. We had a good laugh at the portion. We were too tired to walk but the surrounding has a few good walking trails.…

Stop No.2 of our 14 days tour. Left Taian for KuKuan Hot spring. Reached Uni Resort. Rated as 4 stars. Is a very popular resort as pricing is very attractive. There are ample hot pools for your enjoyment. Room is spartan but sufficient enough for a good night rest. My room had a good view of the mountains and the air is fresh and clean. Breakfast area was packed! The spread is localised and decent. I checked in on a Sat. It was packed! Overall befitting of its 4 stars for service amd attractions. Room is decent for family of 4. Price wise is attractive for a hotspring resort.

Specially enroute here for a hotspring experience but was disappointed with the dirty carpets in room. Im travelling w kids and so paranoid with them walking around on dirty carpets had to keep asking n remind them to wear bedroom slippers. Hotspring split into indoor n outdoor. Indoor there was only 1 small hot pool. Other pools were all not hot. Went outdoor hotspring in morning at 10am yet only 1 hotspring was open. The other 5 outdoor hotspring was sadly not open. Breakfast spread was not bad n diy activity was interesting for kids. Games room was also a redeeming factor ,at least something for kids to play.
