The room was ok, very big and clean but there was some dust from pillows. The toilet was large with inside spa (onsen) but no soap at the sink. Breakfast was very bad. The hotel seems a little isolate but I think this is understandable due to it has a big garden.

Was greeted with a mild odour emanating from the toilet. Room was reasonably large albeit old and run down. No divider between the shower area and toilet area so the entire toilet gets wet once a shower is taken. Towels were yellowish and thin with age as well. The hotel's surrounding area fared better, since it is situated in a really picturesque and serene mountain area. But there were many mosquitoes around, hence bringing some insect repellent is a definite must. Overall, the place could be cleaner and better maintained. I most certainly would not return.

I really loved this place. We were a group of friends and my 10 year old daughter. We started with strawberry picking as they had their own strawberry farm. We enjoyed the clean mountain air, and the beautiful architecture and the pretty garden it had. It is a pity we only stayed one night. It was the room which blew me away. It had a small balcony which was in front of the sone baths, one for hot and the other for cold. The view was beautiful as it featured the gardens the hotel had.

We were here with our tour group. Stayed for one night only. We had two meals here- dinner and breakfast. Overall food was quite good. The dishes for all decorated nicely. Breakfast buffet was massive, but things like herbal eggs were really too salty and tasted more like salted eggs compared to herbal eggs. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The landscape was quite nice, with a pond and lots of greenery. My fav part was The cherry tomato picking. I got a lot of fat juicy cherry tomatoes. Nothing impressive about the rooms they were all quite small and there really wasn't enough space for three of us. The bathroom is also tiny with no divider between the toilet and shower area, which meant every time someone showered the whole bath will be wet. The hotel should also place those racks in the bathrooms to place shampoo bottles in the because there were none.

Rooms are clean and reasonable size. About 2.30 hours from TAOYUAN INTERNATINAL AIRPORT. Check in was fast and efficient. Staff very attentive. Had dinner. Food was delicious and halal. Suitable for Muslim travellers. Breafast spread nothing to shout about. Acceptable. Strawberry farm nearby an a visit to the farm is worthwhile. On the whole an experience to stay a night

Followed tour group to Nantou and stayed over for one night. Very big resort with a garden. Room even has an Onsen for personal use! Bed is comfortable with 2 pillows. The resort is in a very quiet area that has no shops around. So can watch Programs on the wide screen TV. Wifi in room is strong and fast.

The hotel is located in the central part of Taiwan and about 3 hours drive from Taoyuan Airport. Red Maple boutique is perfect for a weekend getaway to relax since it is situated at the foot of the mountain, very naturish, and peaceful. Our twin room is huge with 2 tubs specific for hot spring dipping, and a nice veranda. The room is clean and complete with toiletries, towels, hair dryer. The food is good but caters mostly for Chinese/Taiwanese clientele. What we enjoy most is the short trek touring the hotel grounds going to the strawberry farm where we got to pick fresh strawberries! Stayed overnight only since we will be touring others Taiwan cities too.

A great sight to see in the midst of Nantou county. Great views from the room and love the bathroom, as you can soak in your own hot tub. Food choices are excellent. An ecological leisure resort so you can expect nothing but the best in terms of helping Mother Earth.

I had quite a high expectation to this hotel. However, we all were disappointed. First, the room is very old and not that clean. you won't want to walk there in bare foot. The bathroom isn't clean. The sofa is awful! you won't want to sit there. It is toooooo soft and not supportive. I was scared to fall. The "park" there look ruined without any management at all. You don't feel it is opened for tourists at all! Don't trust the photos in the website at all. We didn't have any desire to take photos inside. you can see a few animals inside. Well, the main building, restaurant and the lobby look great and modern on the other hand. The staffs are friendly and helpful but they can't really communicate in English. However, they replied email for reservation quickly. They drove us to the lobby and the building we would stay once seeing us. A good thing I like most was the pillow. It supports your neck and head very well. It won't be as thin as most pillow in the other hotels. Food there is fine. We can tell they really care about what to serve. The "flower fruits meal" is recommended. Indeed there are some individual wooden house flowing on the water. I don't know why we can't book them online. They look more special and beautiful. The fruit picking activity is fun (need to pay). We like that very much. My family members love eating the passion fruits we picked by ourselves a lot. The free activity at nice was ok. There are only staircases to the room we stayed. If you have big luggage, you would feel difficult to walk up. Anyway, I would suggest you not to stay there. It won't worth and you would feel down. You should choose another resort or hotel in that area if you really need to stop by Puli.
