Beautiful Resort decorated with Venice architecture, the room are really nice and the building is amazing. We spent 2 night in the resort to relax ourselves. The air in the morning is fresh, we really enjoyed it.

Hurt myself at the swimming pool by marble edge. The night shift manager offered to give a complimentary night stay for the following day if rooms are available. The next morning, the day shift manager Mr Chai denied and let me waited for half an hour at the lobby before telling me to pack up early and leave as new customers are coming in.I was fed up as it was not the check out time yet and i kicked out a fuss at him for making me an unpleasant experience at his resort. I asked to speak to his boss which he said he do not have the boss contact. He went to call the police to come. I was so humiliated by the police for videotaping me. i told the police the night shift manager promised me a comp room if room is available. Eventually the police asked the night shift manager to come to verify and the comp room was given to me. After so much humiliation, I advise those who intend to stay there. Becareful.…
