Is more like a old resort. Room is 5mins walk from the main lobby. Many steps up and down so is difficult to move your luggage there. Lock of the door is very traditional key type, don't really feel safe. Toilet paper must be thrown into dustbin after use, cannot directly throw into the toilet bowl. Warmer blanket provided. Went there in January, was raining whole day and night. Hotel serve dinner for a certain price. Price abit on the ex side maybe is up on the mountain.

The room is Super big, with 2 king size bed comes with adjustable warm blanket. enough for 3adults and 3kids to snuggle up nicely. The room is very spacious, considerating the number of peoples, we still have amble walking space. Most important it is very clean and my kids who has sensitive skin has no breakout! The breakfast is very traditional Chinese and bread with jam, good spread. The surrounding has very nice view of you walk around the hotel. The game room as mention is in Japanese, so takes abit of guesswork. Staffs are welcome pleasant and smiling. That makes my holiday happy. Would definitely come back to this place when I visit Cingjing again.

Went on a family holiday together with another family so this was picked by my friend for tea location n space .. Indeed good indoor space but only basic standard interior to expect .. Bathtub seems retro but not quite feasible, we had a hard time stepping in for a quick standing shower in the month of winter!! There was a step out balcony but we didn't even bother to open cos there was hardly any view to look out unlike our previous stay at another mingshu .. That was definitely a downside to us .. The only worth mentioning was the steamboat dinner that comes with it was awesome n overwhelming indeed, thus was worth appraising .. View outside the hotel was however awesome with the locality .. Would be great if the price can be better budgeted for a big family ..

A very short drive from swiss garden and carton king. We stay in the main block because there is lift. Lobby - Nicely decorated, with dinning room at one side. Room is huge, 2 kind size bed and a living room. We went in DEC and it was around 10 degree. The room is super cold as there is not heater in the room , only have heated bed. It was quite uncomfortable for us as we are not use to it. We couldn't even bath in the morning as it was too cold. Breakfast - Very Average. Dinner- We had hot pot as we are lazy to move around. Food is average. Surrounding - Nice walk around the property. Cats - My son love the cats. Think we will choose other property should we return in Winter season.

We book the hehuanshan tour for NT400/pax for 2 pax. But we missed the tour and they refuse to refund the money. The hotel provide morning call at 3.45am and the staff say they did call but the line cannot get through and FULL STOP. We did not receive any call and later part we found that phone cable was not plug in as we believe is the cleaning aunt never do the checking before we check in. The hotel staff say the driver inform them that he did come and knock our door but do you believe as we dont even hear and the night shift staff nvr mention too? But the driver told us another story say he waiting for 10min and he went off. I know this is our responsible to wake up too but what is hotel responsible?? What is morning call for?? They just earn commission for nothing?? Our room phone nvr plug in, is our responsible? They are very irresponsible!!! I stay so many minsu before all was very helpful and try their best to help when we have problem. This is the 1st time which i feel so helpless.…

A 4 poster bed and a very quaint bath tub! We appreciated the heated electrical blanket. Otherwise it would have been too cold up the mountain! The view out the window was lovely but the roads too dark and steep to walk. Twisted my ankle walking in the dark back from Starbucks on uneven ground. It was an awful experience! Thankfully we were able to call the hotel to send a driver to fetch me to the nearest open clinic. The breakfast was simple but adequate. The surroundings were beautiful though and that made up for the stay.

Our family of 4 including 2 kids. Our room is on the 2nd floor near the lift. As expected, there is a lot of noise from people walking to the lift the morning which disturb my sleep. Best to ask for a room further away from the lift. The room is huge with TV and sofa area. 4th floor is the game room which my kids to like hangout after dinner. It's 15 mins walk to the nearest convenience store. If you walked out at night, bring a torch light or use your mobile phone as part of the passage is dark (no street lamp) Breakfast spread is basic.

Dream forest is a ok place to live, good location, 3km away from Chijing Farm. Good view from hotel. The condition is out of date, the bed is not clean enough, I feel itches on my legs and body but I think it's pretty comment in min su. We live on 1st floor, can hear clearly about children running around on 2nd floor, annoyed. Breakfast is good, vary choices. But no more supply if you are late (start from 7am, and we came in around 8am). Staff is helpful and nice. Overall, good place to stay.

This is my fist time traveling around Taiwan by myself, so, all the accommodations that I selected that need to be safe for a girl!! What amazing 2 nights here, was my first time to visit here, when I arrived, their staff provided warm welcome, the main areas of environment is impressive, the room is clean and tidy and the views are amazing look out from my room. I do enjoy my time here, just relax and do nothing!! I will come back next time for myself again:)
