I am staying at the hotel at the moment as a courtesy from eva air and find it surprisingly nice. The room is large and clean, the staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast is so so, but the place is again pretty convinient

EVA airline provided free van service between the Chuto Plaza and airport, and the van back to the airport was only at 4PM; am not aware of any hourly shuttle bus either through the hotel or as part of the city's services... More
EVA airline provided free van service between the Chuto Plaza and airport, and the van back to the airport was only at 4PM; am not aware of any hourly shuttle bus either through the hotel or as part of the city's services. If you turn right after exiting the hotel's front door then walk about 5 blocks you will enter the westernmost edge of New Taipei City, if that interests you.
