We stayed here end of April for our son’s birthday. We love gaming and so this hotel is perfect for us. Computers and wifi are impressive but the rigs need to be cleaned. They look dirty and sticky. Rooms are smaller and we had to request for a bigger room because it felt claustrophobic. The sink is positioned awkwardly and by the door. The faucet is really high which made it difficult to wash your face or brush your teeth without getting wet. We had to follow up room cleaning several times. There was one time when the cleaners entered the room and we were still there. They didn’t care, started cleaning and were rude. Computers are mostly Chinese. We had to figure out the change of language on our own for the computers in the room. We tried to ask for help but the staff looked like he didn’t want to help and basically just told us to figure it out. You can get help for the lobby computers but it can be pretty difficult to navigate. Headphones are for rent which is strange. Check in is at 6pm which is also inconvenient. We had to pay more to check in earlier. We asked for breakfast recommendations from the staff and didn’t know much about the location. The hotel is closer to the airport but far from the tourist spots. If you decide to go to Taipei 101 and the likes, be ready to spend 1000 ntd more or less one way when riding a cab or uber. …
Location is central to international airport, High Speed Railway station, Taoyuan train and bus stations. Taxi fare from airport to the hotel was NT$ 600 (@ mid-night) and hotel to HSR station was NT$ 350. Room was clean and bed was comfortable but the room and bathrooms were small and too compact. Limited breakfast choices available; mainly sandwiches or Chinese food. Receptionist was super helpful in providing guidance for transportation. All rooms in this hotel are 'Smoking Rooms'. Although the room has been properly cleaned we still felt smoke smell inside the room.
Very interesting room, Gaming Computers with huge screens, TV with Huge Screens. Very nice place. They got hourly rates too. They even sell gaming headsets, if you are into it. Front desk staffs speak very good english and they are very polite and friendly.
Great location. Very close to railway station, shopping malls, night market. Lots of eateries nearby. Nice but small rooms and rooms don't have windows. Free wifi and breakfast. But good staff. Tina at reception is really good. She also suggested different places to visit, fastest and easiest way to get there. Not far from airport. Good place to stay.
Great location, very nice but small rooms, and very hard and uncomfortable beds, and rooms don't have windows. However you do have free wifi and a nice breakfast in the morning. Be aware of the late check in times though (ours was at 6pm which was very inconvenient)
